The rocker arm curved edge
banding machine is a special device for edge banding of boards in
different shapes, the functions of edge banding, timing strip breakage

Temperature Regulation
Firstly, adjust the temperature until the hot melt glue has
slight smoke, and then reduce the temperature by 5-10 degrees
every 5-10 minutes. When the machine is used for the first time
or each time another hot melt glue is replaced, the temperature
must be reset. When the temperature reaches the set temperature,
the motor can be started.

Motor Control
When the temperature reaches the set temperature, the motor can
be started. The motor may be overheated when the speed is below
30 for a long period of time. The edge banding speed can be
0-18cm/s.

Curved/Linear Timing
Linear timing: adjust the value to 2-6 seconds.
Curved timing:
1. When the quantity of the same specification is large:
① Set 90S00 (90.00 seconds) or more, step on the right pedal to
do edge banding.
② After edge banding, step on the right pedal again and don’t
release it. Set the time by referring to the displayed number.
Step on the right pedal again to cut the edge banding strip.
2. When the quantity of the same specification is small:
① Set more than 90 seconds, and step on the right pedal to do
edge banding.
② After edge banding, step on the right pedal again to cut the
edge banding strip.

Foldable Arm
The total length of the foldable arm is 132cm (including the
20cm suction disc). Along with the flexible movement of the
foldable arm, the board on the suction disc can be pushed to be
subjected to edge banding operation. The foldable arm can be
folded and unfolded freely and flexibly in the process of the
edge banding operation, curved edge banding is flexible and
efficient, time and labor are greatly reduced, and the
practicability is greatly improved.

Suction Disc
The suction disc with the diameter of 20cm has the high suction
so that the board can be firmly sucked onto the suction disc and
prevented from being suspended in the air or falling off. The
suction disc is independently controlled by the corresponding
foot pedal, control is easy and convenient, two hands of the
user are liberated, and the operating difficulty is greatly
reduced.

Control Panel
The multifunctional control panel is designed for the machine
and can fulfill multiple functions, such as power supply,
emergency stop, motor control, temperature regulation, motor
speed regulation and edge banding timing. The user can
accurately control and adjust different parameters according to
board processing requirements. Digital display is clear and
obvious, and the production efficiency can be obviously
improved.

Bonding Wheel
The edge banding strip and the board can be firmly combined
together through the bonding wheel. The width of the bonding
wheel should be 0.5mm larger than that of the edge banding
strip, and can be adjusted as required. The bonding wheel can
assist in edge banding operation and can prevent the edge
banding strip from deviation.

Gluing Roller
The grid-shaped gluing roller achieves uniform glue coating, the
glue quantity can be accurately controlled and adjusted in the
working process, and excessive glue coating can be avoided. The
glue pot has a large capacity, glue does not need to be added
frequently, and the labor intensity is greatly reduced.

|
Dual Cylinders
Two cylinders are installed to fulfill different function
control. One cylinder is used for controlling the cutter, and
the other cylinder is used for controlling strip feeding
operation. Independent control of different motions can be
achieved by the cylinders, the control precision is high, and
the control effect is good.

Strip Limiter
The height of the strip limiter can be adjusted according to the
width of the edge banding strip. The edge banding strip can be
prevented from moving up and down and can be smoothly fed in the
edge banding process, the edge banding error can be avoided, and
the edge banding strip can be better glued to the board.

Oil-water Separators
The machine is equipped with two oil-water separators, one
oil-water separator is used for controlling the cutter and the
strip board, and the other oil-water separator is used for
controlling the suction disc. The two oil-water separators
control different parts correspondingly and ensure the accurate
air pressure and smooth operation.

Dual Foot Pedals
One foot pedal can control the suction of the suction disc, and
the other foot pedal can control strip feeding and breakage of
the edge banding strip. Two hands of the user are liberated, the
functions are clear and accurate, the operating complexity and
difficulty are greatly reduced, and the user experience is good.

Attention |
|
1. The machine
must be reliably grounded. |
|
2. Please check
the amount of the remaining hot melt glue in the glue pot before use. |
|
3. When any
abnormal situation occurs in the working process, please press the
emergency stop switch immediately. |
|
4. Non-professionals are prohibited from operating
and repairing the machine. |
|
5. When disassembling and repairing the machine,
first turn off the power and then wear protective tools. |
|
6. When inspecting the circuit, be sure
to completely disconnect the power supply, otherwise there is still
electricity in the circuit! |
|
7. The machine needs to be connected with an air
compressor which needs to be prepared by the customer. |
|
8. Keep hands, clothing and
tools away from moving parts while the machine is in operation. |

Operation Method |
|
1. Fix the machine to the horizontal
position firmly and stably.
2. Connect the machine to the 220V power supply with the leakage
protector, and pay attention to connecting the ground wire.
3. Connect the air source to the oil-water separators.
4. Add the appropriate amount of hot melt glue to the glue pot.
5. Place the edge banding strip and adjust the height limit column.
6. Adjust and lock the fitting wheel as needed.
7. Set the temperature through the temperature regulator, adjust the
motor speed through the motor speed regulator, and start the motor after
the temperature reaches the set temperature and the red light of the
temperature controller is on.
8. Place the board on the suction disc, push the board to be subjected
to the edge banding operation through the foot pedals.
