The paint shaker and colorant
dispenser integrated machine is a special device for mixing paint
colorants and shaking paint. Multiple functions are integrated on one
machine, and the practicability is greatly improved. The machine has a
protection system for stopping running once the door is opened. It runs
safely and reliably and has the low noise. The paint will be mixed
inside the machine completely at a high speed and can be mixed evenly in
30 seconds, thereby greatly improving the paint mixing efficiency and

1. The
basic unit of the paint dispensing system is represented as ‘Y’
(except for metric and hybrid systems), and the volume of this
unit (approx. One fluid ounce) has been determined by the paint
manufacturer. |

2. The
‘Y’ unit is usually divided into 32, 48 or 64 sub-units. The
basic unit of the metric dispenser is one milliliter. |

3.The
accuracy of the machine is 1/384Y, 1Y= 29.574ml (American
system). |

Attentions for
Use |

Before starting the
machine, users must take away two fixing poles on the two sides
of the bottom of the machine. Before turning on the power
supply, remove the special press and release handles from the
support plate, and insert the power plug to the socket. The
socket must have a ground wire. |

1. The machine is suitable for mixing non-volatile liquid, not for
mixing of liquid related to food. |
|
2. The machine must be safely grounded before it runs, otherwise the
electric shock risk will exist. |
|
3. Installation, operation and maintenance of the machine must be
conducted by professionals. |
|
4. Voltage: AC 110V 60HZ. Power capacity: more than 20A (Leakage
current: 30 mA). |
|
5. Effectively protect the cover of the paint shaker to avoid damage,
and install the machine on the firm ground to keep the machine steady. |
|
6. Before any maintenance of the paint shaker, cut off the power to
avoid accidental startup of the machine. |
|
7. Do not leave any tools or sundries inside the machine after repair. |
|
8. Keep the integrity of the machine protection function after repair. |
|
9. The installment environment should meet the requirements of the local
laws to avoid dangers. Do not stack buckets around the machine. Do not
place the flammable materials inside the machine, and the material
bucket should be taken out after operation is finished. The power supply
should be cut off. |

10. Set up the "No Flames" sign at 5M distant from the installation
position of the machine. Do not operate the machine in the flammable and
explosive environments. |

11. Do not operate the machine in an unloaded state. |
|
12. Loading weight is no more than 35 Kg. The maximum mixing volume is
20L. |
|
13. Press the Emergency button immediately if the noise accidentally
happens in the mixing process. Start the machine again after the causes
are found out and the faults are solved. |

Double Pump Scales
Each colorant mixing drum is equipped with double pump scales,
the black and red scales can ascend and descend to remove the
air in the pumps, the accurate measurement and the colorant
stability can be well guaranteed, and the colorant mixing and
matching can be achieved accurately.

Colorant Drum
The colorant dispenser is equipped with 16 colorant drums, and
the capacity of each drum is 2L. Different colorants can be
added to the colorant drums to form the final color needed by
the user. The mixing rods in colorant drums can slowly rotate to
stir the colorants, thereby ensuring the colorant stability and
uniformity.

Control System
The control system is used for controlling the colorant
dispenser on the top. When the colorant dispenser is used, press
the green switch to connect the power supply, lift the red rod
to stir the colorants in the color buckets and press the red rod
to stop stirring the colorants. The operation and control are
easy and convenient, and the user can observe the stirring state
of the colorants at any time.

Control Panel
There are multiple options for the shaking time, and the paint
shaker will automatically stop running after the time is up. The
user can select the appropriate shaking time according to the
properties of oil paint, and the user-friendly design is well
achieved. The emergency switch can be pressed in emergency, and
the rise switch can be pressed when the press plate cannot
automatically ascend in the operating process, thereby
facilitating smooth operation.

Safety Locking System
The safety interlocking device is arranged in the machine to
prevent the door from being opened when the machine runs. The
transparent door is connected with the power supply. When the
door is opened, the power will be cut off, and mixing stops. The
personal safety of the operator and the operating safety of the
machine are well ensured.

Auto induction Press Plate System
The upper and lower press plate design is adopted to
automatically clamp and release the paint bucket, the
full-automatic induction system is used for paint shaking and
mixing, and therefore paint is shaken in all directions to be
evenly mixed, and the paint uniformity is effectively ensured.
The rise switch can be pressed when the press plate cannot
automatically ascend to the proper position.
