Telescopic Boom Design

The mobile crane boom is crafted with high-quality carbon steel materials, thereby bearing the load of 1T stably and efficiently and adapting to different lifting requirements. The inner boom can be retracted and stretched freely to hoist different goods, the total length of the whole boom can be 62.99'' in the retracted state and 8.2ft in the stretched state, so that the telescopic boom is wider in operating range and higher in adaptability, and the space utilization rate can be improved. The inner boom can be fixed firmly and stably through the fixing part on the top after stretching out, so that the safety is well ensured, and the stability is greatly enhanced.
　

Lifting Hook Design

The lifting hook is made of high-strength materials and processed by quenching treatment so that the lifting hook can bear the 1T load to the maximum extent. The lifting hook has high universality and can be matched with various lifting tools such as steel wire ropes and chains to flexibly lift different goods in different shapes. The lifting hook can be conveniently installed in different hooks to lift the goods with different weights, so the practicability is greatly improved. The lifting hook is simple in structure, low in maintenance cost and high in safety.
　

Stable Base Design

The stable bases are subjected to seamless welding and can stably support the boom at any time. Two fork openings with the size of 6.3"x2.17'' are designed in each base, and forks of the crane can be quickly inserted into the fork openings of the two bases to achieve usage of the crane boom, so the stability and compatibility are higher. A chain is designed for the base to enhance the stability and prevent the boom from falling off, can be firmly fixed with the chain fixing part after winding around the mobile crane, and can be stored in the small box when it is not used, so the safety is further enhanced while the operation is easy and convenient.
