The machine is equipped with an emergency stop switch, which can stop all work with one click in case of any situation.

1. Before starting the machine, check whether there is any debris in the feeding inlet, the discharging outlet and the cutter head opening and whether the cutter head protective cover is properly closed.

2. Debugging: After installing the cutter head, adjust the gap between the material conveying wheels in the feeding inlet and the concentricity between the raw material and the cutter head according to the raw material that has not been milled to be round (be sure to guarantee the concentricity between the center of the wood and the center of the cutter head), and then start the cutter head and feeding after finishing adjustment. (The starting sequence is to start the cutter head and then start feeding.) After milling a section of wood, adjust the gap between the material conveying wheels in the discharging outlet according to the milled wood. Generally, the gap between the wheels is 3-5mm smaller than the diameter of the wood.

3. Mill out the first piece of wood and judge whether the blade position is optimal according to the smoothness of the wood surface. If the wood surface is rough, the blade is much higher than the cutter head opening, and the blade needs to be drawn back by a certain length in the direction opposite to the center of the cutter edge. If the wood is not discharged smoothly or gets stuck directly in the wood milling process, the blade needs to get close to the center of the cutter edge by a certain length.

4. The power supply of this machine is Three-phase electricity (220V power supply). Please have a professional person connect it in a standardized manner.

5. Connect the power supply to ensure that the motor rotates in the forward direction. (Counterclockwise rotation is forward rotation, and reverse rotation is prohibited.)

6. Ensure that the safety cover is in a protective state during machine operation.

7. Adjust the feeding speed.

Inspection and maintenance :

1. The maintenance of the machine should be carried out by trained professional personnel.
2. If there is a malfunction during use, the emergency stop button should be pressed timely, the power should be completely disconnected, and the machine should be stopped and inspected.
3. Regularly check the wear degree of the abrasive belt.
4. Keep the equipment clean and regularly check the wear conditions of wearing parts.
