An ice maker
is
a piece of refrigeration mechanical
equipment that cools water through an evaporator and generates
ice through a refrigeration system refrigerant. It uses a
refrigeration system and a water carrier to produce ice through
a certain device in an energized state.

Ice making process
|
The water automatically enters
a water storage tank through the inlet valve and then is pumped through the pump to the diverter pipe,
the water in the diverter pipe will evenly flow to the evaporator cooled by
low temperature liquid refrigerant, the water is cooled to the
freezing point, the water cooled to the freezing point will
be solidified into ice, and the water that is not frozen by the
evaporator flows into the water storage tank, and is fed by the pump to
restart the cycle work.
When the ice reaches the required thickness, it enters the deicing
state, and the high-pressure hot gas discharged from the compressor
is diverted to the evaporator through the reversing valve, and
replaces
the low-temperature liquid refrigerant. This creates a film of water between the ice cube and the
evaporator, which releases the ice from the evaporator and allows it
to freely fall into the storage tank below the evaporator
through the gravity.
