The pneumatic
press utilizes high-pressure gas generated by
the compressor,
which is delivered through an air hose to
a solenoid valve. The operation of the solenoid valve is controlled via
a switch, regulating the working state of the
cylinder to complete the pressing operation.

emergency stop switch, and can also be operated
via a controller.
7. The microcomputer control system supports manual, semi-automatic, and

may cause machine malfunction.

Do not place hands under the
punching shaft during
operation to avoid accidents.
3.
Never wipe the machine with a wet cloth, as this may cause rust.
4. This air compressor has a rated pressure of 0.8 MPa. The capacity of
its air
compressor storage tank is
approximately
60 liters
- a
larger capacity enables longer operation and greater stability.
Displacement options include 200 L/min;
higher displacement rates support larger machine models.
5. Note: The actual output pressure is approximately 80% of the
theoretical pressure.
