110V Bottle Clamping Conveyor |
| The bottle clamping conveyor is
a professional bottle conveying device for flow production. It
is equipped with double motors, double belts, a control box and
an adjusting mechanism, stably clamping and automatically
conveying various bottles and facilitating the following working
procedures. It can be used in conjunction with coding machines,
can firmly clamp circular bottles, square bottles, jars and
other bottles, and is suitable for the industries of
agriculture, food, chemical, daily necessities, etc.

with the inkjet/coding equipment. |

| 1. Please ensure that the
clamping mechanism (such as clamps and belts) is free from
deformation, wear, or loosening. Adjust the clamp spacing to
match the bottle shape (error ≤ 1mm) to prevent bottles from
tipping over due to excessive looseness or being damaged by
excessive tightness. Check the tension of the conveyor belt to
ensure there is no slipping or misalignment.
2. Please remove foreign objects
(such as broken bottles or labels) from the conveyor track to
prevent bottle jams.
3. When changing bottle types,
recalibrate the clamping force (via the pressure regulator or
mechanical knob) and perform an empty run for 3-5 minutes to
observe conveying stability. Do not directly convey unmatched
bottle types.
4. Monitor the bottle
conveying posture. If tilting, collisions or blockages occur,
immediately stop the machine for adjustment. Do not manually
adjust bottles while the machine is running.
5. The conveyor speed must be
synchronized with upstream and downstream equipment (e.g.,
filling machines, labeling machines) to prevent bottle
accumulation caused by excessive speed or reduced production
efficiency due to slow speed. It is recommended to gradually
adjust the speed via a variable frequency drive to achieve
optimal performance. |

grounding. 2. Adjust the
width and height of the conveyor belts through the adjusting
handwheels according to the specification of bottles.
3. Turn on the power switch, and
adjust the conveying speed through the speed regulators as
needed.
4. Convey the bottles normally. |
