Chicken Feed Pellet Mill Machine

Feed granulator is widely used in large, medium and small aquaculture, grain feed processing plants, livestock farms, poultry farms, individual farmers, small and medium-sized farms and large, medium and small feed processing plants.

This machine can be used alone, and customers who need it can also match it with a straw cutter for better results.

Note:

1. Before using the machine, it is necessary to adjust the screw of the pressure roller to the appropriate position. The pressure roller and the pressure plate should be closely combined, and the two adjusting screws should be on the same horizontal plane.

2. Please refuel the fuel tank before using the machine. The machine should not idle for more than 2 minutes.

3.Double-check the belt and the screws before operation.

4.After using the machine, clean up the rest to prevent damage to the machine.

5.If the pressure roller cannot rotate normally, please tighten the screws that control the pressure roller first, and then try to power it on. If it still does not work, you can appropriately loosen the screws next to the pressure roller and then tighten them slightly again (without special tightening)

6.This machine only has a body and no plates. If needed, customers can purchase plates of any size for installation according to their own needs.

The machine adopts the design of enlarged feed port, which makes it more convenient for you to feed raw materials and effectively improves work efficiency.

It is recommended to add high-quality machine oil or hyperbola heavy-duty gear oil.（The color of the oil filling plug is random）

Note:

We suggest that high-power machines should be directly connected to the main power supply, as the voltage reaching the machine is stable. If the voltage is unstable and the current exceeds the rated current of the motor, it is easy to burn out the starting capacitor.

It is recommended to directly connect the machine to the power supply as much as possible. If the machine is not connected to the power supply, different situations may occur, and the wires are not durable. The wires will gradually burn out over time.

Usage and specification:

Small feed granulator, also known as small household feed granulator, is based on the principle of circular motion. The template and pressure roller are made of high-quality chrome-manganese titanium and are specially treated. The main shaft and flat mold drive the pressure roller to rotate under the action of friction. The materials are gelatinized between the pressure roller and the template at high temperature. The particles are discharged from the mold hole under the extrusion of the pressure roller. The particles made are sent out of the machine through the throwing plate, and the length of the particles can be adjusted through the notch.

This product model is a new energy-saving product. In the past, the feed was usually processed into powder and then fed, which had some defects such as inconvenient feeding, poor palatability, picky eating of livestock, and low utilization rate. With the advent and popularization of new small pellet feed machinery, powder feed can be easily processed into pellet feed. Lighting electricity can be used as the power to press granules from the die hole under the extrusion of the press roller, which can easily adjust the length of the granules. Its structure is simple, the occupied area is small, the noise is low, and it has many advantages after raw materials are processed into pellet feed.

Operation method：

1. Before turning on the machine, add the lubricating oil (edible oil or engine oil) into the gearbox.

2.After connecting the machine to the 220V power supply, start checking whether the machine operates normally.

3.Machine grinding requires 40% fine sand, 50% sawdust (replaced by bran or corn flour), and 10% machine oil (or replaced by edible oil). The purposes of grinding are to make the new grinding disc and the new pressure rollers of the new machine run more smoothly, and also to make the holes of the new grinding disc smooth for later feeding.

4.Install the pellet machine steadily, check whether the screws in each part are loose, loosen the adjustment screw on the roller shaft base, so that the feed machine is in a no-load state, and it can be put into use after it starts and runs normally. 

5. Before using the new machine for the first time, turn the adjusting screw to make the two rollers have the same speed. If one or two of the pressure rollers do not rotate, adjust and control the screws on the pressure rollers and turn them for a half circle at the same time. If the pressure rollers still do not rotate after turning the screws for a half turn, turn the screws for a half circle at the same time again until the pressure rollers rotate.

4. Conduct normal feeding. During grinding operation, the feeding speed should be slow and should not be too fast. The humidity of the material should be well controlled, and the humidity and dryness should be uniform. (If you cannot master the humidity and dryness, you can experiment for several times and finally master the appropriate degree.)

5. After feeding of the grinding materials is finished, observe the discharge situation of the discharge outlet, and check whether the particles at the discharge outlet have been discharged completely and whether there are remaining materials in the material bin of the feeding inlet. If there is no material left or a small part of the materials have not been discharged from the material bin, this is a normal phenomenon, and the processing operation of normal materials in the later period cannot be affected.

6.Turn off the power. If the machine is not used any more, it can be cleaned easily. If the machine is used again, normal processing materials can be directly fed into the feeding bin (there are some residual grinding materials in the holes of the grinding disc, the grinding materials in the hole disc will come out of the discharge outlet as the normal processing materials enter, and these particles can be chosen not to be used). After feeding and processing of the normal materials are finished, some oil materials can be selected and fed to keep the hole disc in an oil lubricating state, so that the discharge will be smooth when the next batch of normal materials enters the material bin again.
