| The semi-automatic fiber
extracting machine is designed for extracting and processing the
fibers of sisal, American aloe, banana stems, pineapple leaves,
etc.
It replaces the inefficient and unsafe methods of
manual operation and chemical immersion, has the advantages of
high production efficiency, low labor intensity, low production
cost and pure fiber extraction, and well preserves natural
characteristics of the plant fibers. It is the first choice for
the fiber processing industries. |

Working Principle |
| The fiber materials are
put into the fiber scraping cutter ball of the
semi-automatic fiber extraction machine from the feed
inlet manually. The operator must hold the fiber
materials by hands, and slowly put the fiber materials
into the fiber scraping cutter ball under the traction
and drive of the fiber scraping cutter ball. With the
differential principle, the combination of fast rotating
cutter ball and fixed cutter quickly break, scrape and
separate plant leaves or stems, so that the plant fibers
are reserved. The separated fiber residue falls out of
the bottom of cutter ball. The operator can adjust the
rotating speed of the motor or diesel engine, the manual
feeding speed and the gap between the cutter ball and
the fixed cutter plate according to the effect of fiber
extraction. |

| 1. The equipment must be
operated by persons who are familiar with the power switch and
all the buttons of the electric control box or diesel engine.
2. It is prohibited to put
plastics, cloth, wood, stone, crystal, metal and other materials
with toughness and hardness into the machine.
3. The quantity of fiber
materials put into the machine should be adjusted according to
the size of different fiber materials, so as to avoid
overloading the equipment.
4. The hands of the staff must
keep a safe distance of 5cm or above from the feed inlet.
5. When the device is running,
the relevant personnel are forbidden to open the safety cover of
any transmission parts. Movement, disassembly and assembly of
parts must be conducted in the stop state of the equipment.
6. The cutter ball and the
fixed blade of the equipment are sharp, and the staff should pay
attention to personal safety when cleaning up materials.
7. Equipment maintenance must
be carried out by professional personnel wearing protective
gloves and using special tools. |

Electrical Control Box
The electrical control box is of an integrated structure,
achieves independent control over start, stop and emergency stop
of the machine, facilitates centralized management of electrical

Feed Inlet
The adjustable bolt structure can
accurately control the gap between the scraper and the
workbench, the machine can better adapt to various raw materials
with different sizes and hardness, and smooth feeding and fiber
extraction can be well guaranteed.

Protective Cover
The fully-closed protective cover
can effectively protect the high-speed running parts from
mechanical damage and accidents, and well meets the safety
requirements. It is easy and convenient to assemble and
disassemble, resistant to wear and easy to clean.

Residue Outlet
The fiber residue outlet adopts the
slope type structural design, facilitates smooth discharge of
fiber residues, effectively avoids accumulation of the residues
and blockage of the outlet and improves the production
efficiency.

| 1.
Before starting the machine, the staff should check whether the
fasteners are loose, ensure there is no remaining tool and other
debris inside the cutter ball, and then lubricate the bearings.
2. Start the motor or diesel engine
to ensure the correct running direction.
3. After the machine has been
running for 30 minutes without load, check if the temperature of
the bearings is normal, and if there is abnormal sound. Remove
all abnormal phenomena and then feed materials.
4. The staff must hold the fiber
materials by hands, slowly put the fiber materials into the
fiber scraping cutter ball, scrape the leaves on the side with
root, then take the fiber materials out and feed the leaves on
the other side into the cutter ball to scrape fibers.
5. Adjust the speed of the motor
or diesel engine, the manual feeding speed and the gap between
the cutter ball and the fixed blade plate, so as to achieve the
best effect of fiber extraction. The gap between the cutter ball
and the fixed blade plate can be adjusted by the fixed plate
base, and generally, the gap is 2~4 mm. |
