1.
According to the diameter of the steel pipe, choose a tugboat or
an auxiliary chassis to place the steel pipe.
2.
Adjust the height of the main engine and the height of the rear
bracket, so that the steel pipe is horizontal, and the steel
pipe is required to be in full-length contact with the
supporting roller. 3. Start the motor.
4.
Pull the pressure rod of the oil pump (jack), and increase the
feed rate appropriately when the blade cuts into the steel pipe.
After cutting into the pipe, the feed should be stable, and the
feed should be slow 1~3mm before cutting.
At that
time, the steel pipe will disconnect on its own.
5.
Loosen the oil drain screw of the oil pump (jack) to shut down
the motor, so that the knife edge is 30-40mm away from the steel
pipe, remove the steel pipe, and continue the next operation.
6.
Do not hit the blade edge, support roller shaft and rack support
roller shaft port with hard objects to prevent damage to the
blade edge and the installation accuracy of the support roller.
