appropriate amount of lubricating oil can be applied at the
connection to prevent rusting.

Method of use
1.Lay the pad flat on the slide of the
roller shaft. Place the finished plate on the pad with ink
2. Rotate
the lifting hand wheel so that the roller is in a proper position
downward, pressing down one end of the above "assembly"
3.Rotate the forward handwheel on the side. It's a combination that
slowly moves forward until it's finished
