1. Before starting the
machine, always carefully check that all components are securely
installed to prevent loosening during operation, which could
lead to equipment failure or safety incidents.
2. During operation,
strictly prohibit putting hands or any other body parts into the
machine's working area to avoid being cut by rotating
components.
3. Before processing,
remove foreign objects such as metal hooks and hard bones from
the fish to prevent blade chipping; frozen fish must be thawed
to a suitable hardness.
4. When replacing blades or
adjusting blade spacing, set the roller pressure and blade gap
according to the fish species and thickness to avoid excessive
squeezing that damages the fish meat.
5. When adjusting the
cutter set or other components, always turn off the power first
to prevent accidental startup of the machine.
6. After daily use of the
machine, clean it with fresh water. When the machine will not be
used for an extended period, store it in a ventilated and dry
place.
7. In case of abnormal
vibration, unusual noise, or material jamming, immediately press
the emergency stop button and restart only after
troubleshooting. |

1. When
installing the equipment, please ensure the ground is level and
solid.
2. Assemble
the receiving plate, feeding plate, and discharge plate.
3. Connect the
power supply.
4. Connect the
water pipe to the water valve and tighten it.
5. Turn on the
power and check whether the motor's rotation direction is
correct.
6. After
confirming the water supply is normal, press the start button to
verify whether the roller rotation direction is normal. |
