The oil fume pipeline cleaning machine is a
special device for cleaning oil fume pipelines in the catering industry.
It is mainly used to remove oil stains and impurities accumulating in

system. By means of the high-pressure water jet or cleaning agent
dissolution and removal technology, heavy oil stains in the oil fume

otherwise the flexible shaft will be twisted off. The customers need to
purchase accessories at their own expense for replacing the accessories
damaged by incorrect operation.

3. Select the appropriate cleaning brushes.
4. Please turn off the power when the machine is repaired or unattended.
Please unplug the machine when the power supply is disconnected. Do not
use the machine if the plug and wires are damaged.
5. Do not use the machine when the ambient temperature is above 40 DEG
C.
6. When using the machine host and plug, please pay attention to keeping
your hands dry.
7. Please do not use the machine around flammable gases and liquids.
8. When moving or starting the machine, pay attention to keeping
clothes, hair and other things away from the machine. When the machine
is powered on, do not touch the transmission device with hands to avoid
injuries.
9. Keep the machine clean. Keep the wires away from the heat source and
prevent the wires from making contact with sharp objects to avoid
scratches.
10. Please do not place the machine on uneven places and be sure to keep
the machine body stable.
11. Stay alert - Please always pay attention to the operation conditions
of the machine.

machine is equipped with a self-priming pump, so it is

cooperate with the foam generator (022855), the foam is sprayed
out of the front section and sprayed onto the oil stain surface

according to the working conditions, and the machine is suitable
for square pipes, round pipes and vertical pipes. |

The machine is
equipped with a 15m flexible shaft, meeting the requirement for
long-distance cleaning.
Note: Be sure to completely
stretch the flexible shaft before powering on the machine,

Operation
Method |
|
1. Pull out the flexible shaft completely,
and straighten the flexible shaft as much as possible to use. |
|
2. Connect the power end of the flexible
shaft to the main machine and tighten it with a nut. |
|
3. Select a cleaning brush with the size
slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the pipeline to be
cleaned, connect the cleaning brush to the flexible shaft and fix it
with a pin to prevent it from falling off. |
|
4. Connect the main machine and the control
cabinet with a data cable. |
|
5. Connect the foot switch to the pneumatic
connector. |
|
6. Connect one end of the water pipe to the
flexible shaft, and connect the other end of the water pipe to the
faucet. |
|
7. If the machine needs to be connected with
the self-priming pump, please connect the water pipe of the self-priming
pump to the connector of the flexible shaft. |
|
8. Connect the PVC water pipe to the water
inlet of the self-priming pump, and put the other end of the PVC water
pipe into the water source. The self-priming pump needs to be filled
with water when it is used for the first time. |
|
9. Connect the machine with the power
supply, turn on the main switch and select the forward or reverse
rotation according to the working conditions. The foot switch is used
for controlling the brush. Press the emergency switch in emergency to
achieve emergency power-off operation. |

The oil fume pipeline cleaning machine can
conduct cleaning operation with different brushes, can cooperate with
the self-priming pump to conduct long-distance cleaning and can also be
matched with an optional foam generator (022855) to achieve dual
