Overview |

The hollow chocolate swing
machine can uniformly distribute chocolate in molds and form the desired
hollow shapes by use of the swinging and rotating movements. The machine
is usually equipped with multiple molds, and the speed can be adjusted
by a frequency converter to ensure that the chocolate is fully formed in
the molds. The swing machine is suitable for family gatherings,
commercial activities, dessert shops, western restaurants and other

Attention |
|
1. Do not allow
people or objects to be located next to the swing arm of the machine. Do
not touch the running parts during operation. Do not put the hands into
the machine. |

2. The speed
should be adjusted from low to high. Do not directly adjust the speed to
the high speed. |
|
3. Please adjust
the speed to be 0 before forward and reverse rotation are adjusted. |
|
4. Please choose
hard molds which are convenient to clamp. The thickness of each mold
cannot exceed 6cm~8.5cm. |
|
5. Before
connecting the power, please connect the ground wire. |
|
6. Make sure that
your power supply is matched with the power that marked on the product
(220V 50-60Hz). |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Check that the air switch or
fuse circuit breaker is at the ON position. Connect the power supply,
and the power indicator light is on. Press the brakes of casters to fix
the machine stably. |
|
2. Fix the to-be-produced
chocolate mold on the strong magnet firmly. |
|
3. Turn on the main power switch. |
|
4. Select the button for forward
or reverse rotation, adjust the speed within the range of 0-10 on the
governor according to the need, and the machine starts to work. If you
want to switch from FWD forward rotation to REV reverse rotation, first
turn the speed control button to 0, wait for the speed to stop, then
press the REV reverse button, adjust the speed on the governor according
to the need, and the machine starts to reverse again. |

5. When the required finished
product is completed, be sure to turn the speed control button to 0
first, wait for the speed to stop, turn off the main power switch, pull
out the plug, and then obtain the finished products on the swing arm. |
|
6. If there is any abnormality in
the machine during operation, please press the emergency stop switch
immediately and ask a professional to check before restarting the
machine. |
