Product Features: |
1.Working
principle:
through the fan supply air, blowing to the heating tube in the
heating cylinder, and then controlled by the temperature
controller air supply temperature, uniform flow in the drying
drum, to the purpose of drying.
2.The contact part of the machine and raw materials are made of
stainless steel, so that the raw materials are not contaminated.
3.The heating tube is elbow type, effectively prevent dust
accumulation.
4.This machine has uniform hot air distribution, high drying
efficiency, temperature controller adopts proportional deviation
type,temperature difference is controlled within plus or minus 3
degrees.
5.The machine can dry the raw materials which are wet due to
packaging and transportation, and is used to remove the moisture
on the surface. It is suitable for PP, PE, ABS, PVC and other
raw materials.
6. Stainless steel buckle, strong and durable, good sealing.

Usage Instructions: |
1. Please install the hopper-type plastic
dryer in a suitable location, ensuring the equipment is placed
level. Connect the power cables correctly according to the user
manual.
2. Feeding Preparation: Place the plastic pellets to be dried
into the hopper. Different types of plastic pellets have varying
drying requirements, so set the appropriate drying temperature
and time based on the pellet characteristics.
3. Drying Process: Start the equipment to initiate the drying
operation of the hopper-type plastic dryer. During operation,
monitor the drying status in real time to ensure the equipment
functions properly and achieves effective drying results.
4. After Drying: Since the interior of the plastic dryer and the
dried pellets remain hot, allow sufficient cooling time before
further handling.
5. Precautions for Use: During operation, strictly follow the
user manual and pay attention to electrical safety. Due to high
internal temperatures, please avoid direct contact with hot
surfaces.
6. Regular Maintenance: After a period of use, please clean the
interior of the hopper and barrel, inspect other components to
reduce clogging, and promptly replace any damaged parts.
7. If any equipment malfunction is detected, immediately stop
operation, identify the cause, and contact technical personnel
for repairs. |
