Step 1: Determine
the sieve to be selected according to the material to be tested
and the corresponding standards.
Step
2: Stack
the standard sieves in order of aperture from smallest to
largest, from bottom to top, and position them in the grooves of
the tray.
Step
3: Put
the material to be examined into the top standard sieve, cover
the standard sieve cover, and then use the cover to press the
standard sieve tighten the nut to press the standard sieve, both
sides should be the same force.
Step
4:
Adjust the time
according to the need of sieving, the two digits in the center
of the front panel of the sieve machine are seconds, and the
first two digits are minutes.
(a) Plug
the power supply by the side switch button energized, energized
by (shift) key to (increase) and (decrease) the time, adjustable time range of
99 minutes and 59 seconds, adjust the time and press the (shift)
key to stop the display flashing, end of the time adjustment.
(b) Press
(start-stop) key to start the device, digital preset time to
start the descending order is not set to stop the time to press
(start-stop) key, the device stops working, delayed stop time to
maintain the pause state.
(c) Preset
time descending order is completed, the equipment automatically
stops working. The end of screening can be a one-time screening
out of the materials you need more than one particle size
section.
(d) If
you want to set the time again during screening, you have to
turn off the rear switch button and start the machine again to
set the time again.
Step
5: After
the end of sieving, unplug the power supply.
