| The small-scale spray dryer is suitable
for universities, research institutes, and industrial
laboratories (food, pharmaceutical, and chemical) to produce
micro-scale powdered particles. It has broad applicability for
solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is ideal for
drying heat-sensitive materials like biological products,
bio-pesticides, and enzyme preparations (excluding organic
solvents). Since the sprayed material is only exposed to high
temperatures when atomized into fine droplets, the heat exposure
is instantaneous, ensuring that the active ingredients remain
intact after drying. |

Stainless
Steel Cyclone Separator

stainless steel cyclone separator with clamp connections,

Observation Window
The openable compartment door facilitates easy cleaning; it is
equipped with an observation window and a silicone wiper blade,
allowing convenient monitoring of the material drying process in
the drying chamber. |
Peristaltic Pump
The speed and feed rate can be adjusted via the control
touchscreen, while the feeding process through the silicone tube
can be easily observed. |

Atomizing
Nozzle
The pressure-type two-fluid atomizing nozzle is used to break
the material into fine mist downward, ensuring optimal drying
performance. The detachable top cover facilitates easy
maintenance and cleaning. |
Waste Collection Bottle
The waste collection bottle at the bottom of the spray dryer
collects waste or incompletely dried materials, ensuring the
interior of the equipment remains clean. Its clamp-type design
allows easy disassembly and cleaning. |
Control
Panel
Equipped with a 7-inch touchscreen control panel, it supports
real-time display and adjustment of parameters such as inlet air
temperature, feeding speed, and fan speed, enabling precise
control. |

Process Illumination Light
The lighting on the top of the
spray dryer
allows users to monitor the drying process of materials in real
time, ensuring the smooth progress of experiments or production. |
High-speed Vortex Fan
Equipped with a high-speed vortex fan, the fan motor coil is
made of pure copper, ensuring stable operation, high efficiency,
low noise, and a long service life. |
Pressure Gauge
The pressure gauge and control valve enable real-time monitoring
and adjustment of atomization pressure, ensuring stable drying
processes, consistent product quality, and safe equipment
operation. |

Automatic Control
With a single press to start, the machine allows you to set the
spray process parameters. Once the temperature reaches the
preset level and the outlet air temperature remains stable for
two minutes without rising, the peristaltic pump is activated.
The touchscreen shows an animated interface for clear, intuitive
operation. |
Swivel Caster
The bottom of the spray dryer is equipped with four 360°swivel
casters, with the front two casters featuring a locking and
fixing function, allowing for flexible movement and secure
placement of the dryer. |
Heat Dissipation
There are some vents on each side of the machine that
efficiently discharge excess heat, prevent overheating, and
protect the machine. |
