1.Motor:

4.Brake Lever:
Humanized manual brake
lever design, when the equipment will continue to rotate due
to inertia after power failure, the brake lever can be used
to quickly slow down the equipment to stop rotating.

5. Filter Hole:
High density filter hole
design, filter hole diameter is only 0.24 inches, can greatly
improve the dehydration rate, can play a good water washing
effect, will not damage the material.

Discharge Port:
There is a discharge port
design on the side of the machine. After dehydration is
completed, the material can flow out from the discharge port
on the side without effort.

8. Discharge
Pedal:
There is a discharge pedal
at the bottom of the machine. After dehydration is complete,
you only need to step on the foot switch to complete
automatic discharge, saving time and effort.

9. Spring
Damping:
The three support points
are equipped with suspension spring damping, which can
greatly reduce the amplitude generated during operation and
ensure smooth operation.

iron, with heavy weight, low center of gravity, stable operation
and not easy to shake. -
Equipped with a centrifugal starting flange, the machine can be
started slowly, and its braking efficiency is high, which can
quickly stop the drum.
- The main shaft is made of
high-quality steel, equipped with two bearings, and the lower
end is supported by a thrust ball bearing to reduce wear and
save power.
