1.Operation
Panel:

4.Filter Hole:
High density filter hole
design, filter hole diameter is only 0.24 inches, can
greatly improve the dehydration rate, can play a good water

5.Spring
Damping:
The mechine is
equipped with suspension spring damping, which can greatly
reduce the amplitude generated during operation and ensure
smooth operation.

- The machine base is made of cast
iron, with heavy weight, low center of gravity, stable operation

1. Before starting up and using,
check the power supply connection and whether the fixed position
of the cylinder is correct. Connect the power supply, open the
top cover, switch on the motor switch, let the cylinder run
idling, the steering should be the same as the pointer arrow in
the housing, turn on the electric heating wire switch, hot air
can be discharged after a few minutes If the hot air is not
discharged after 5 minutes of work, stop the machine to check
whether the exhaust outlet of the hot wire is blocked.
2. The drying work should be put
down the lid, the loading and unloading parts should be stopped,
pay attention to the workpiece should be evenly distributed in
the cylinder, otherwise the centrifugal force will not be
parallel, and the dehydration opportunity will be violently
shaken. The workpiece can not be overloaded or overfilled. If
the drying workpiece is small and dense, or easy to store
liquid, first centrifugal drying 1-2 minutes, take out the drum,
turn the workpiece position, in heating centrifugal drying, to
achieve satisfactory results.
3. To use the rotary drum to
stop, first turn off the motor, and then step on the brake plate
with your foot, but remember to turn off the motor before
braking! The dehydrator may not be heated for separate
centrifugal drying, but the motor cannot be turned off for
separate heating for drying.
4. Before using the dehydrator,
read the instruction manual, understand the operating principle,
check and maintain the dehydrator frequently, add lubricating
oil to the bearing regularly, and keep the dehydrator in good
condition. |
