The plastic flow tester is used to
measure the time it takes for a sample of a certain mass or
volume to flow out of a funnel of a specified size. It is widely
used in industries such as plastic products, petrochemicals, as
well as related universities, plastic production companies, and
scientific institutions.
This standard specifies two methods: method A and method B. It
is measuredby measuring the flow time of stive or granular
plastic out of thefunnel. Method A can obtains information
related to processing performance, while method B is designed
for process control during production. |
