Stable Air Pressure: Ensure the
air source pressure remains stable within the rated range of the
equipment (typically 0.5-0.8 MPa). Both insufficient and
excessive pressure are hazardous.
Hose & Fitting Inspection: Before starting the machine,
inspect air hoses and fittings for aging, damage, or leaks.
Replace immediately if found.
Blade Tightening: Ensure the saw blade is securely
installed, without looseness, and is sharp without chips or
damage.
NO TOUCHING: NEVER allow hands near the saw blade while
it is operating!!!
Power/Air OFF for Maintenance: MUST cut off power and
close the air source, releasing any residual air pressure,
before performing any adjustments, cleaning, blade replacement,
or maintenance.
Trained Personnel Only: Operation is permitted only for
personnel who have been trained and understand the equipment's
performance.
Clean Workspace: Keep the work area clean, well-lit, and
free of oil, grease, or debris on the floor to prevent slipping.
Stop for Abnormalities: If abnormal noise, vibration, air
leaks, or any other irregularities occur during operation, STOP
IMMEDIATELY, cut power, close air, and inspect.
Air Source Quality: Ensure the compressed air is dry and
clean to avoid moisture and impurities damaging internal
components. |

Stroke Protection Switch

1. Install the caliper (Note: During the
first cut, please set the caliper to zero position and cut off
the longer material stopper plate on the caliper).
2. Connect the air hose to the machine and
link it to the air supply (air compressor or air pump).
3. Install the appropriate cutting disc
according to processing requirements.
4. Connect the water pump to the machine's
power supply, fill the tank with cutting fluid, attach the
magnetic spray nozzle to the machine, and align the nozzle with
the cutting position. |
