This product is a high-performance
semi-automatic cross sealing machine, specifically designed for

utilizes an advanced PLC control system. With a simple press of
a button, it completes the cross-shaped tape sealing on both the
top and bottom of cartons (requiring manual intervention to
change direction mid-process).

stability: It can handle cartons of various specifications (L:
130 - Unlimited length, W: 150-400mm, H: 90-300mm), requiring
manual adjustment to adapt to different sizes. Equipped with a
high-quality servo motor, it ensures a smooth, precise, and
low-noise sealing process. It uses high-strength, wear-resistant
tape, creating secure and neat seals that effectively protect
the safety of the goods inside.

body parts near the moving parts during operation to avoid
serious injury.
⚠Power Off for Service: Always turn off the power switch
and unplug the machine from the electrical outlet before
performing any maintenance, cleaning, or when not in use for
extended periods.
⚠Proper Training: Only trained personnel should operate
this machine. Be familiar with the location and function of the
emergency stop button.
⚠Grounded Outlet: This machine must be connected to a
properly grounded power outlet to prevent electric shock.
1. Keep the inside and outside of the machine clean and dry.
2. The blade must be kept clean and free of adhesive substances.
3. Regularly add the lubricating oil to all the transmission
parts of the machine.
4. Regularly check all screws and nuts, and be sure to tighten
them timely if they are loose.
5. Operate the machine on a stable, level, and sturdy surface to
prevent vibration or tipping.
6. Inspect cartons for staples, rocks, or other hard objects
that could damage the sealing mechanism or tape.
Special Note: When the machine is debugged, all body parts
cannot be located at the movable position of the machine so as
to avoid injury. |

Pneumatic Cutting & Pressing for a Perfect Seal
The core tape cutting and pressing mechanism is powered by a
pneumatic drive, a hallmark of professional industrial
equipment. Compared to standard motors, the pneumatic system

sharp blade cleans and cuts through any tape thickness with
precision, without any mess. Two high-hardness pressure rollers
then immediately apply tremendous and even pressure, ensuring

1. Unpack the outer packing box, place
the machine on a flat surface, and check whether each moving
part of the machine is flexible and gets stuck and whether each
fastener is loose. If not, adjustment or correction should be
conducted.
2. Turn on the power. For the personal safety of the operator,
the machine must be properly grounded according to regulations
before use. (Good grounding can effectively reduce the electric
shock injuries and protect the personal safety.)
3. Lock the brake caster, loosen the screw set, then adjust the
leg frame to locate the machine at the appropriate operating
height or at the height equal to that of the production line and
to make the workbench surface at the horizontal position, and
then lock the screw set.
4. Carton head sealing tape installation:
Press the icon on the display screen, loosen the clamping
plates, install the tape according to the following picture,
then press the icon again and clamp the tape.
5. Adjust the height of the press plate according to the product
to be sealed.
Height adjustment of the press plate: Rotate the pipe handles
counterclockwise to loosen the carton press plate so that the
carton press plate can be pulled up and down. Adjust the carton
press plate to 10mm away from the top of the product, and then
rotate the pipe handles clockwise to lock the press plate. (The
stroke of the carton press cylinder is 100mm, which means the
carton press plate is positioned according to the highest
product and can be left unadjusted within the stroke range.)
6. Enter the display screen operation interface as shown in the
following picture. The operator can choose the number of
wrapping rounds. Click on the icon so that the machine enters
the working state. Push the product in a balanced mode to the
wrapping position above the tape, press the foot switch or the
green circular start button, and the device will start the
automatic wrapping work. |
