MP-3000E+ intelligent vibration testing
machine is used to simulate the various environments encountered
in the manufacturing, assembly, transportation and use of the
execution stage, to identify whether the product is able to
withstand environmental vibration, suitable for the research,
development, quality control and manufacturing of electronics,
mechanical and electrical, optoelectronics, motor vehicles, toys
and other industries.
The test method of the machine is based on the digital control
of random vibration, and the vibration of various environments
is simulated and provided to determine the ability of the test
sample to withstand the specified broadband random vibration.
The split type design can greatly reduce the failure rate of the
control circuit. |

Different vibration parameters can be
set in 20 segments, the maximum test time of each period is
999 minutes (i. e. 16 hours), and the number of cycles of
0~200 times can be set arbitrarily.

I. Operating
Environment & Electrical Safety
1. Flammable/Explosive Environment Prohibition: Strictly
prohibit the use of this instrument in environments where
flammable or explosive gases or materials are present. Operating
any electrical instrument in such conditions may cause fire or
explosion.
2. Secure Grounding: Before powering on, ensure the protective
ground wire is in good contact with low resistance. It is
strictly forbidden to use the neutral line in the AC circuit as
the protective ground wire. Poor grounding may result in
electric shock or equipment damage.
3. Power Supply Voltage Matching: Before turning on the power,
verify that the supply voltage is consistent with the machine's
rated voltage.
4. Fuse Specification: Use only the specified standard fuse
(Rating: 110V / 6A).
●Before replacing the fuse, ensure the main power is switched
off and disconnected.
●Never short-circuit the fuse socket with wires or any other
metal objects.
II. Operation & Maintenance
5. Professional Training & Manual Review: Operators must receive
professional training and thoroughly understand the user manual.
Unauthorized personnel are strictly prohibited from operating
the system.
6. Specimen & Installation Check: Ensure the test specimen and
fixture are securely fastened to the table using high-strength
bolts, and their total weight and center of gravity are within
the equipment's rated capacity. Ensure the system is installed
on a solid, level foundation.
7. Unauthorized Opening Prohibited: The instrument interior
contains high voltage. Without specific permission, it is
strictly forbidden to remove the casing or modify/remove any
internal components. The manufacturer assumes no responsibility
for any consequences resulting from such actions.
8. Safe Operation & Monitoring:
●During operation, all personnel must maintain a safe distance
from moving parts (the table).
●Do not touch the table, specimen, or connections while the
system is running.
●The operator must remain present and monitor system status and
test data in real-time. Immediately press the emergency stop
button if any abnormality occurs (e.g., unusual noise,
overheating, loss of control).
9. Maintenance Standards: All maintenance and repair work must
be performed exclusively by qualified technical personnel. |

I. System
Operation Mode
This equipment is a Six-Degree-of-Freedom (6DOF) Spatial
Simulation system capable of vibration along three axes
(X/Left-Right, Y/Up-Down, Z/Front-Back). The vibration waveform
is sinusoidal, allowing for fixed-frequency or frequency sweep
vibration within the rated frequency range.
※Up to 20 vibration steps (program segments) can be set.
※Vibration parameters and duration can be configured for each
step.
※All parameters are set or modified via the touch keyboard.
II. Vibration Parameter Settings
Vibration Direction Selection:
[0]: X-Axis - Left-Right Vibration
[1]: Y-Axis - Up-Down Vibration
[2]: Z-Axis - Front-Back Vibration
Frequency Range Setting:
※Set the Lower Frequency Limit and Upper Frequency Limit
separately, in Hertz (Hz).
※If the Lower Limit is ≥ the Upper Limit, the system
automatically switches to Fixed-Frequency Vibration at the Upper
Limit value.
Sweep Cycle:
※Refers to the time required for the vibration frequency to
sweep from the Lower Limit to the Upper Limit and back again.
※Settable range: 1 ~ 300 seconds. If a value less than 1 second
is set, the system defaults to 1 second.
Step Run Time:
※Set the total run time (0 ~ 999) for the current step; units
can be switched between minutes/seconds.
※When set to 0, this step is skipped.
※Note: The machine cannot start if the run times for all 20
steps are set to 0.
Timed/Manual Mode Selection:
※Timed Mode: When enabled, the equipment automatically runs each
step sequentially from the first segment.
※Manual Mode: The equipment always runs using the parameters of
segment 3, where fixed-frequency or sweep vibration can be set
as required for the product test.
III. Vibration Test Operation
Specimen Installation:
※ Must place the center of gravity of the test specimen at the
center of the table and secure it firmly to prevent unbalanced
vibration forces from affecting test results or damaging the
equipment.
Pre-Startup Preparation:
※ Before starting, the Amplitude Knob must be turned
counterclockwise to its minimum (Min) position. After startup,
adjust it gradually to the required amplitude based on test
requirements.
※ The amplitude under no load should not exceed ±2.5mm,
otherwise equipment damage and significant noise may occur.
Operation Control:
※Start: After parameters are set, press and hold the [Start]
button for about 2 seconds to begin the test.
※Pause/Resume: Press the [Pause] button during operation to
pause; press it again to resume.
※Stop: Press the [Stop] button at any time during operation to
stop the test.
※Reset/Clear: Press the [Test Number] button for 5 seconds to
clear the current test number.
Test Completion:
※In Timed Mode, the test automatically stops upon reaching the
preset time, and the interface displays "Test Complete." The
alarm sound will automatically turn off after 5 seconds, and the
system returns to the control interface. Alternatively, press
the [Confirm] button to return immediately. |
