This product is a 620-type dry/wet
dual-use mobile sandblasting machine, equipped with an automatic
valve control system, a 9-meter high-pressure sandblasting hose,
one professional sandblasting gun, and a full-body protective
suit. It is suitable for various applications including
engineering vehicle refurbishment, stainless steel surface
treatment, large storage tank derusting, natural gas pipeline
maintenance, ship preservation, as well as rust removal and
refurbishment of hardware components and steel materials.
Supporting both dry and wet sandblasting modes, it adapts to
diverse working conditions while combining efficient cleaning
with environmental protection benefits. Ideal for surface
treatment projects in complex industrial environments.
The compressed air is used as the power of sandblasting to form
a high-speed jet, the to-be-sprayed materials (such as copper
ore sand, quartz U9 sand, iron sand, sea sand and diamond sand)
are sprayed at high speed onto the surface of the workpiece
needing to be processed, the workpiece surface can have a
certain cleanliness and different roughness, the mechanical
properties of the workpiece surface can be improved, and
therefore the fatigue resistance of the workpiece is improved,
the adhesion between the workpiece and the coating is increased,
the durability of the coating is improved, and the leveling and
decoration of the coating are also facilitated.
Abrasives are generally divided into spherical abrasives and
diamond-shaped abrasives according to the particle size, and
emery is usually used for sandblasting. |

1. Please read the manual carefully
before operation, and operate the machine according to the
sequence.
2. The maximum mesh number of the sand material used by the
machine is 40-60#. (The particle size is 1.25~1mm.)
3. Regularly inspect all parts and components of the
sandblasting machine, and ensure that the input pressure of the
pipeline cannot exceed 8kg/cm'.
4. Prohibit the use of toxic and corrosive sand materials.
5. The operator must be trained before using the machine, and it
is strictly prohibited to operate the machine under the
influence of alcohol or medication.
6. Before use, the sandblasting machine should be grounded to
avoid static electricity accumulation. The protective cover
should be tightly closed to prevent the sand materials from
splashing and injuring people.
7. When the sandblasting machine is working, unrelated personnel
are prohibited from approaching the machine.
8. The pipe pressing machine should frequently change the pipe
pressing position to prevent the high-pressure sand pipe from
breaking from the pressed area.
9. When the machine is not in use, the source gas should be
turned off.
10. When the machine is not in use for a long time, the sand
materials inside the machine should be discharged.
11. Old sand should be filtered before being recycled.
12. When overhauling and maintaining the machine, be sure to
ensure that the compressed air of the machine is turned off. |

Safety
Warning: Always read and understand all safety instructions
before operation. Always wear complete protective gear
(including the provided sandblasting suit, helmet, gloves, and
safety shoes).
Pre-Operation Preparation:
1. Equipment Check: Inspect all parts of the machine
(e.g., pressure gauge, valves, hose, gun, seals) for damage.
Ensure all connections are tightened.
2. Abrasive Loading: Select the appropriate abrasive
(e.g., quartz sand, copper slag, glass beads) based on your
needs (dry or wet blasting). Fill the pressure tank through a
filter screen to about two-thirds capacity.
3. Connect Air Supply: Connect the air compressor hose to
the machine's air inlet port securely. Ensure the compressor's
working pressure and air volume meet the machine's rated
requirements (0.4-0.8Mpa).
4. Connect Water Supply (Wet Mode Only): For wet blasting
(to suppress dust), connect a water hose to the machine's water
inlet.
5. Secure the Gun: Before turning on the air supply,
place the sandblasting gun in a safe location (e.g., in the
provided holster or pointing to a safe area) to prevent
accidental discharge.
Operation Procedure:
6. Open Air Supply: Turn on the air compressor and open
the air supply valve. Slowly adjust the regulator valve on the
sandblaster to gradually increase the pressure to the desired
working level as shown on the gauge.
7. Test Spray: Pull the gun trigger briefly to check if
the airflow and abrasive spray are smooth and even. Check all
connections for leaks.
8. Begin Work: Aim the gun at the workpiece surface,
maintaining an appropriate distance (usually 15-30 cm) and angle
(usually 30-60 degrees). Move steadily across the surface during
blasting.
9. Mode Switching (Dry/Wet): To switch to wet mode, after
the air is on, slowly open the water supply valve and adjust to
a suitable flow rate. Test spray again to confirm the mix of
water mist and abrasive is effective.
10. Pausing Operation: For short pauses, simply release
the gun trigger. The machine will automatically stop the flow of
abrasive and water, while maintaining tank pressure.
Post-Operation Procedure:
11. Depressurize & Shut Down: After work is complete,
first turn off the air compressor and close the air supply.
Then, pull the gun trigger several times to release all residual
pressure from the machine and hose.
12. Close Water Supply (After Wet Blasting): If wet
blasting was used, ensure the water supply valve is closed.
13. Clean Equipment: Disconnect all hoses. Open the drain
valve at the bottom of the pressure tank to dispose of any
remaining abrasive. Clean the machine and filter regularly. Keep
the equipment dry and clean.
14. Proper Storage: Coil all accessories (gun, hose,
protective suit) neatly. Store the equipment in a dry,
well-ventilated environment. |
