Motor

Installation and debugging
1.
Choose a stable, dry, and well ventilated site to install
equipment.
2.
Place the equipment on a level surface and adjust the anchor
bolts to keep the equipment level.
3.
Connect the power cord to ensure a secure connection and
reliable grounding.
4.
Check if all components of the equipment are securely installed
and if there is any looseness.
5. Turn
on the power switch, start the device, and observe whether the
device is running normally, whether there are any abnormal
noises and vibrations.
6.
Adjust the positions of the feed and discharge ports to ensure
that materials can smoothly enter and exit the equipment.
7.
Conduct a trial extraction to check if the yield and quality of
the juice meet the requirements. |

Juice extraction operation
1. Put the material into the feeding port,
and the material is squeezed by the screw. The juice flows out
of the filtration system, and the residue is discharged from the
discharging port.
2. When starting the juicer for the
first time, adjust the juice regulating valve to maximize the
annular gap, and then gradually reduce the gap until it meets
the process requirements before fixing the valve screw position.
3. Before starting the crusher, check
for any foreign objects inside the machine and control the
feeding quantity at a constant speed. After juicing, turn off
the power switch and clean the residue and juice inside the
device.
4. For materials with hard shells or
hard cores, the juicing process depends on the specific
situation. |

Maintenance
1. Regularly check the connection of each
component of the equipment, and if there is any looseness,
tighten it in a timely manner.
2. After each shift, the filter screen
must be washed with water and a brush. If filtering fruit juice
with high fiber content, it is necessary to add an additional
washing net depending on the production situation. After
pressing, clean all machines with hot water. Add lubricating oil
once a week at each lubrication point.
3. If the equipment malfunctions, it
should be stopped for inspection in a timely manner, and the
fault should be eliminated before continuing to use.
4. Special attention: When there
are too many materials in the machine causing the belt to slip
or not rotate, the power should be cut off immediately to avoid
causing damage to the motor. |

Precautions
1. Operators should be familiar with the
operation methods and safety precautions of the equipment, and
strictly follow the operating procedures for operation.
2. During the operation of the
equipment, it is strictly prohibited to put hands into the
feeding and discharging ports to avoid danger.
3. If there is abnormal noise and
vibration during the operation of the equipment, it should be
stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be
eliminated before continuing to use.
4. The equipment should be regularly
maintained to extend its service life. |
