I. Safety
Warnings
1. Operational Safety: Never place hands, hair, or loose
clothing near the transmission or tape rollers while the machine
is operating to prevent serious personal injury.
2. Electrical Safety: Ensure the power supply voltage matches
the machine's rated voltage (e.g., 110V-120V in the US). Do not
use damaged power cords, and the plug must be properly grounded.
3. Fire & Moisture Prevention: Keep the machine in a dry
environment, away from flammable or explosive materials. Prevent
any liquid from splashing into the motor or electrical cabinet.
II. Operational Guidelines
4. Tape Compatibility: Always use standard packing tape with a
width between 35-50mm. Using improper tape may cause jams or
result in poor sealing quality.
5. Box Inspection: Before sealing, ensure the side lids of the
foam box can close completely and that the box is not severely
damaged or deformed. Boxes outside the specified dimensional
range may cause jams.
6. Foreign Object Removal: Before operation, inspect and remove
any hard foreign objects (e.g., staples, gravel) from the foam
box surface and the conveyor path to prevent scratching the
rollers or damaging the machine.
7. Load Management: To prevent motor overheating, it is
recommended to allow the machine to cool down after several
hours of continuous high-intensity operation. This helps extend
its service life.
III. Maintenance & Care
8. Regular Cleaning: With the power disconnected, regularly
clean the machine's rollers, guide rods, and blade with a dry
cloth to remove dust and adhesive residue, ensuring smooth
operation.
9. Professional Repair: If the machine exhibits abnormal
vibration, noise, or performance failure, immediately disconnect
the power and contact qualified technical personnel for repair.
Do not disassemble the machine yourself.
10. Proper Storage: When not in use for extended periods, unplug
the machine and store it in a dry, clean indoor environment. |

1. Open the outer packing box, put the
machine on a flat ground, check whether the machine is flexible
to remove all moving parts, whether there is any blocking
phenomenon, and whether the fasteners are loose or not.
Otherwise, it needs to be adjusted or corrected.
2. In order to the personal safety of the operator, the machine
must be properly grounded according to the regulations before
use (good grounding can effectively reduce the injury of
electric shock and protect personal safety).
3. As shown in the figure in the instructions, lock the brake
wheel, loosen the screw with an internal six wrench, then adjust
the adjustment foot to make the machine at a comfortable
operating height or in line with the height of the production
line, and then lock the screw.
4. Box head adjustment(For the specific details of the
adjustments, you should consult the diagrams provided in the
instruction manual.)
5. Place the required carton on the feeding conveyor platform
and adjust the height and width according to the size of the
carton |
