1. The equipment must be reliably
grounded during use. If any abnormalities are detected during
operation, stop the equipment immediately.
2. After firing is completed, wait until the temperature drops
below 100°C before opening the kiln door.
3. Please keep the electrical components dry, and avoid
operating with wet hands.Do not set excessively fast heating
curves or overload the equipment.
4. Keep the interior and exterior of the equipment clean and
clean them promptly.When the equipment is not in use, turn off
the power to prevent accidents.
5. For the first use or after long periods of inactivity,
perform a kiln drying process using the built-in bisque firing
curve.Only after drying is completed can the kiln be used for
firing works.
6. Regularly inspect and maintain the equipment to ensure proper
connections in the electrical components.
7. For repairs or part replacements, ensure the equipment is
cooled and powered off before proceeding.
8. Do not modify equipment parameters (relay, display
parameters) unless required for production.
9.When loading or unloading the kiln, always disconnect the main
power switch to avoid the risk of electric shock. |

Hexagonal
Structure
The hexagonal structure efficiently utilizes the furnace space
and ensures even heat distribution, guaranteeing uniform heating
of ceramic products during the firing process and reducing the
risk of deformation or cracking. The use of high-temperature
molybdenum disilicide (MoSi2) heating elements
significantly increases the maximum firing temperature and
extends the service life of the kiln. |
Thickened Insulation Layer
Using high-temperature polycrystalline wool provides excellent
thermal insulation and high-temperature resistance, effectively
reducing heat loss and improving the uniformity and stability of
the temperature inside the furnace. |
Safety Lock
It adopts a 180° up-and-down latch with an ergonomic design,
making it easy to control and operate. The reinforced design
ensures the latch is more stable, preventing accidental opening
and protecting the operator's safety. |

Heat Dissipation
At temperatures below 300 degrees, the lid should be removed to
facilitate rapid moisture dissipation. When the temperature
exceeds 300 degrees, the lid should be closed to maintain heat.
During cooling, once the temperature drops below 300 degrees,
the lid can be removed to accelerate cooling. |
Handle
The handle on top of the machine allows the furnace lid to be
opened quickly, making it convenient for operators to inspect or
load/unload ceramic products, thereby improving work efficiency. |
Rapid Cooling
To achieve rapid cooling, simply pull the lever outward, which
will swiftly lower the furnace temperature, reduce cooling time,
and enhance production efficiency. |

Hydraulic Rod
The hydraulic system, designed with high load-bearing capacity,
enables automatic lifting of the lid when opening, making it
easier to open the kiln cover and ensuring convenient operation. |
Split-type
Control Box
The split-type control box is separated from the main unit and
can be flexibly installed in different locations according to
actual needs. Its button-operated design ensures ease of use. |
Caster
The casters allow the equipment to be easily moved, enabling
flexible positioning between different work areas. Two of the
casters are equipped with braking functions, which can secure
the machine and prevent it from moving. |

Loading the Kiln:
1.Please remove any foreign objects from the kiln. 2.Avoid
touching the heating elements. 3.During bisque firing, ensure
stacked works are stable. 4.During glaze firing, avoid contact
between glazed works, boron plates, thermocouples, heating
elements,and kiln walls.
Moisture Removal Preparation:
1.The temperature below 300℃ is the moisture removal stage.
2.Leave a small gap in the kiln door. 3.Open the top kiln lid.
(For kilns with bottom vents, pull out the handle.)
Starting the Firing Process:
1.Ensure the moisture removal preparation is complete. 2.Keep
flammable materials away from the kiln.
End of Moisture Removal:
When the temperature reaches 300℃, securely close the kiln door
and cover the lid. (For kilns with bottom vents, push the handle
all the way in.)
During Firing:
The kiln interior is at high temperatures. Do not touch the kiln
or open the door.
End of Firing:
After the firing curve is complete, allow the kiln to cool
naturally. The kiln door can only be opened when the internal
temperature drops below 100℃.
Unloading the Kiln:
Before opening the kiln door, please turn off the power supply. |
