| The automatic sushi rice ball

1. The rice falling gears and the rice
grasping gears must be installed according to the drawing.
2. After the machine is used every day, the
rice falling gears, the rice grasping gears, the rice poking
rods and the rice hopper need to be disassembled and cleaned to
avoid the phenomenon that due to the fact that the rice is
hardened after the machine is not used for a long time, the rice
grasping gears are damaged.
3. During operation, the safety door should
be closed to ensure safety and avoid accidents.
4. Do not put hands or other things into the
machine during operation. |

The inclined feeding inlet is adopted to
achieve convenient feeding and effectively prevent rice from
overflowing. The feeding cover is designed for preventing dust
and other things from entering the feeding inlet and keeping
food clean and hygienic.
The
rice hopper and the feeding inlet are of a detachable structure,
facilitating disassembly and cleaning of the rice hopper. The
inner wall of the rice hopper and the rice poking rods are made
of food-grade materials, ensuring food hygiene and smooth
conveying. |

The safety door plays an important role in
safety protection, and can be easily opened to clean the mold
and be firmly closed to ensure the high safety of the operating
process. The processing mold is also made of food-grade PP
materials and is convenient to assemble and disassemble, easy to
clean and maintain and high in production efficiency.
The
speed regulator is of a knob type structure, can be used to
adjust the rice poking speed as required, ensuring that the rice
ball making process is smoothly accomplished through simple
operation. |

The rotary table is clean, hygienic and
non-stick, can easily receive the made rice balls while rotating
at the uniform speed, and the operator can take the rice balls
down from the rotary table effortlessly.
The heat dissipation holes are designed for
achieving quick and efficient heat dissipation of the machine,
ensuring the machine can continuously work for a long time and
protecting the motor against burnout and damage. |

Operation
Method |

1. Before use, clean the parts making contact
with food thoroughly.
2. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply with reliable grounding.
3. Feed the appropriate amount of rice to the
feeding inlet.
4. Turn on the power switch, turn the speed
regulator to adjust the rice poking speed as required.
5. Take the rice balls from the rotary table.
6.
After use, disassemble and clean the parts completely and remove
the remaining rice in the machine. |
