Attention |
1. The temperature of the
equipment installation environment should be controlled between
-20˚C and 60˚C, and the equipment should not be placed in the
polluted environment with dust or serious corrosive gas. The
equipment should be placed firmly, and the four legs should not
be suspended.
2. Before each work, carefully wipe the surfaces of the two
rollers with soft cloth to maintain cleanliness.
3. Regularly add lubricate oil and clean dust and other debris
on accessories.
4. When operating equipment, pay attention to operation to

Adjusting Handles

Operation
Method |
1. By turning the handwheel
manually, the upper roller is pressed down to flatten the
battery electrode sheet placed on the lower roller.
2. The gear motor drives the high-hardness press roller, and the
gap between the press rollers is mechanically adjusted, so the
electrode sheet is pressed and formed, and the mass density of
the electrode sheet is increased.
3. Operation Method of Dial Gauges
First, adjust the handwheels with both hands to ensure the two
rollers are perfectly attached to each other in a balanced mode,
and the gap between the two rollers is invisible. Then install
one dial gauge into the 8mm-diameter hole in the support on one
side of the upper roller, and let the tip at the front end of
the dial gauge touch the slider at the bottom. Turn on the gauge
switch to change the value to 1mm. Gently tighten the screw with
a 4mm wrench, and then adjust the value to zero. Repeat this
process for installing the other dial gauge. |
