Attention |
1. The machine is specially
used for the paste pulling and baking of lithium battery
electrode plates. Do not coat or bake other substances or
objects, so as to avoid damage to precision parts or danger.
2. The machine will generate high temperature when working.
During operation, do not touch the heat source directly to avoid
skin burns.
3. The ambient temperature will rise when the machine works, so
the machine should be installed in a well-ventilated place
without direct sunlight.
4. The power cord and air pipe should not be close to the outer
wall of the box. |

blowers provide controllable and uniform hot air for the
coating, remarkably accelerating the coating drying process,
effectively improving the coating drying uniformity and reducing
defects. |

The telescopic
connecting piece can stably connect the high temperature
protective cover and the machine base, achieves firm and rigid
support and ensures that the protective cover is easily opened
and closed. |

Operation
Method |
1. Before starting the machine,
check whether the power supply (110V/50HZ/0.4KW) and vacuum
source are correctly connected. Let the cover upward.
2. Place the foil with the appropriate size on the aluminum
perforated plate, and turn on the vacuum to absorb the metal
foil onto the aluminum perforated plate.
3. Put the stainless steel power blocking rod into the slot.
4. Place the scraper close to the power blocking rod, and let
the blade edge face the left.
5. Add the appropriate amount of paste into the material groove.
6. Press the "Coating Start" button, the scraper begins coating
from right to left. After completing the coating operation,
press the reset button, the power blocking rod automatically
returns to the initial position (the rightmost side). If the
initial coating effect is not satisfactory, put the scraper back
to the starting point again, add the paste, and press the
"Coating Start" button again to conduct coating again. This step
can be repeated for multiple times according to technological
requirements.
7. After completing the coating operation, remove the scraper,
power blocking rod and material groove, press the heating
switch, and close the cover. |
