Overview |
| The electric steel roller
laminator is a special laminating machine for single-sided and
double-sided laminating operation and is suitable for the
industries of printing, packaging, manufacturing and so on. The
laminator adopts the upgraded steel roller structure to ensure
the high temperature resistance, high thermal conductivity, high
hardness and high durability, and the service life is longer.
The laminating machine is additionally equipped with a conveyor
belt mechanism and a winding mechanism, making material feeding
and discharging collection stable and orderly. The steel roller
laminator is an ideal choice for customers with different

Attention |
|
1. Always handle the laminator with care.
Keep hands, long hair, loose clothing and other articles away
from the rollers to avoid entanglement.
2. The temperature of the heat rollers can reach
130℃.
Avoid touching the heat rollers during operation or shortly
after power has been removed from the laminator.
3. Ensure the local power supply is
consistent to the power supply indicated on the nameplate of the
product.
4. When the machine is not in use, the upper
roller should always be lifted and in the ‘Open’ position to
prevent the bottom roller from deformation and damage. |

| The
electric laminator adopts an upgraded steel roller to conduct
efficient cold and heat laminating processes. The steel roller
has the high stability, is resistant to deformation at the high
temperature and pressure and can effectively remove the bubbles
and wrinkles for the laminated materials. The pressure between
rollers can be adjusted by the black knob to adapt to different
materials to be laminated, so the practicability is greatly
enhanced. |

The protective
cover is of a hollowed structure and can safely protect the
steel roller against damage while preventing the operator
against scalds and accidents. Moreover, due to the hollowed
structure, the operator can easily observe the roller state
while effective heat dissipation is achieved. The steel roller
can be lifted or pressed by the handle effortlessly, so the
roller is further protected during use and after use. |

| The
temperature controller can achieve accurate control and
adjustment of the laminating temperature to meet different
laminating requirements. The actual temperature and set value
can be clearly displayed through the digital panel. The operator
can choose the single-side laminating mode or the double-sided
laminating mode freely as needed, so the high adaptability and
practicability are effectively ensured. |

The laminating
speed, automatic/foot pedal control mode and rotating direction
can be adjusted and controlled accurately through the
corresponding switches, so the laminating operation for
different materials is smoothly conducted, and different
requirements for speed, mode and direction can be well met. The
durable foot pedal is designed for manual control over
laminating operation, and operation is easy and convenient. |

| The
large-sized conveyor belt is adopted to achieve smooth and
stable feeding of the materials to be laminated, improving the
feeding stability and precision and production efficiency,
achieving continuous and automatic feeding and enhancing the
applicability and flexibility. The paper baffle is designed for
accurately limiting the materials and effectively avoiding
deviation of the materials in the conveying process. |

The laminator is
additionally equipped with a finished product winding mechanism
which can wind and collect the finished product orderly and
neatly. The finished products can be prevented from scattering
and deformation, the product quality can be well guaranteed, the
tension can be controlled to be uniform, the occupied space is
effectively reduced, the field management is improved, and the
subsequent processing can be convenient. |

Operation
Method |
|
1. Turn on the Power switch, turn the Motion
switch on the forward position and turn the control switch on
the Foot control position.
2. Install the film rolls on the supporting
rods and fix the film rolls at the center position, make sure
the adhesive side of film to face away from rollers. The top and
bottom film rolls should be aligned with each other if doing
double-sided lamination, which prevents the exposed adhesive
from making contact with the rollers. Install the winding roll
on the winding supporting rod to collect the finished products.
3. Thread the film according to the Diagram.
4. Use a lead board to evenly push the film
into the main roller nip. Pull the film by the pull rollers
while pressing the Foot switch.
5. Set the laminating temperature to a certain
degree (normally 70~100℃)
according to the nature of film. You need to adjust it to get
the good laminating result. Do not set the temperature over
115˚C to avoid damaging the laminator. After the work of
laminating is finished, always lift up the upper steel roller to
prevent the bottom roller from deformation and damage.
6. Clean any adhesive that may stick to the
main rollers to prevent the adhesive from accumulation. |
