The four rubber
rollers are made of thickened high-quality rubber, have smooth

rollers are firm and durable, and are not prone to deformation
after long-term use. The advanced rubber roller interior heating

temperature, and the heating efficiency is greatly improved. |

The paper baffles

by the film roll supporting rods, reliably fixed by the fixing
clamps and properly adjusted by the adjusting knobs on the two
sides, thereby ensuring the films are smoothly fed and adhere to
the materials, the deviation, bubbles and wrinkles can be
effectively avoided, and the good laminating effect is achieved. |

The universal
wheels with brakes are stably installed at the bottom of the
supporting frame, making the laminating machine move flexibly
and effortlessly. By means of the brake design, the laminator
can be stably fixed at the designated position and well adapt to

Operation
Method |

1. Install the film rolls on the supporting
rods, and fix the film rolls properly.
2. Connect the machine to the 110V power
supply with reliable grounding, and turn on the power switch.
3. Select the cold/hot laminating mode, set
the laminating speed and temperature, and begin to conduct
laminating operation.
4. Adjust the film rolls and the
corresponding parameters according to the laminating effect.
5.
Clean the machine after the laminating operation is
accomplished. |
