-Analyze the abrasion loss of the standard adhesives and determine whether the abrasion value of the abrasive paper is within the range of 180mg~220mg.
-If the abrasion value of the abrasive paper is greater than 220mg, it indicates that the abrasive paper is too coarse. The abrasive paper must be polished again with a metal sheet (under the condition of no load). After polishing, the dust on the abrasive paper must be removed, and then measurement is conducted with the standard adhesives according to the above method until the abrasion loss is up to standard.
-If the abrasion value of the abrasive paper is less than 180mg, new abrasive paper must be replaced.
-Clean the abrasive paper with a brush while grinding. |

Loosen the nut counterclockwise, and the clamp will become larger . Place the standard adhesive (which can be the one used last time as long as the thickness of the standard adhesive or the total thickness of the standard adhesive and the material stuck on the standard adhesive can be 6mm~14mm) into the clamp, press the test piece and lock the nut clockwise at the same time . |
How to use
1-Lift the whole bracket upwards.
2-Clamp the standard adhesive.
3-Move the whole bracket to the starting position and place the whole bracket on the screw gear.
4-Place 2.5N and 5.0N weights on the load base.
5- Start to test(INPUT 220v).
