Three-roller grinding mill machine is mainly applied to grinding operation of paste materials of paint, ink, pigments, plastic, food, etc. It is neither suitable for grinding the materials containing acid and alkali composition nor suitable for the materials which would corrode rollers. This machine is suitable for high viscosity materials, such as printing ink, offset ink and lithographic ink.
It is equipped with three rollers which are in the horizontal level. With the rollers extruding and milling at different speeds, the materials are ground normally for two times, hard or high viscosity materials are ground for more times, and then high quality finished products of 3-18um (testing with a fineness scraper) are obtained.

Material baffles
The material baffles are made of white plastic and brass, so that the machine is more suitable for testing materials with high color requirements. The material baffles are installed on the two sides of the feeding roller and the central roller. It is noted that the installation positions are different, the top of each baffle is engraved with a number, the end with the number is opposite to the discharging outlet, and the numbers on the baffles include the odd number and the even number and correspond to the installation positions on the machine one by one. The baffles should be adjusted regularly so as to be close to the roller surface preferably. |
Outlet funnel
A scraper is installed at the front end of the discharging funnel and needs to get close to the roller surface in the using process. The machine is equipped with a knife blade, and the knife blade can be disassembled through the screws on the reverse side of the funnel. |

Oil filler holes
An oil filler hole is formed in the top of the machine, an oil filler hole is formed in each of the two sides of each roller, and gear grease needs to be added regularly. |
Cooling of rollers
The external diameter of the water inlet is 1/2 INCH, and the external diameter of the water outlet is 3/4INCH. and the machine can have water circulation by being connected with a water pump. |

How to use
1- Read the instruction manual carefully before use.
2- Place the machine on a level ground with no debris around.
3- Install appropriate baffles according to the grinding materials. White plastic baffles are more suitable for grinding light-colored materials.
4- Clean the drum and its surrounding area thoroughly.
5- Connect the power supply and turn on the switch.
6- Add a small quantity of grinding materials to the feeding port and adjust the four knobs on both sides according to the distribution of the material on the drum. |
