A 3-piece full port ball valve with a pneumatic actuator. It is used for being connected with a pipeline needing to be connected frequently. It is suitable for replaced material with particles. It is popular in industrial automatic control systems of food, environment, paper making, chemistry,etc. The body and  internals are made in stainless steel and the sealing material  is PTFE. The valve has a pressure rating to 1000 PSI and a temperature rating  from -20℃ to 180℃. The 3-piece design simplifies maintenance activities  and avoids disassembly of the end pieces from the pipeline.

This valve comes with the double acting pneumatic actuator, no bracket or drive coupling is needed for mounting the actuator.

The pneumatic actuator which is equipped with a hard anodized internally-and-externally extruded aluminum body with epoxy coated end caps provides good corrosion resistance and long service life.

Double Acting: When air holes A ventilate, the valve is in an open state;

when air holes B ventilate, the valve is in a closed state.

●Pre-installation inspection: Before installation of the ball valve, carefully check whether the ball valve body, the ball, the stem and other parts are intact or not so as to ensure that the product is not damaged, and check whether the seal is loose and is damaged or not so as to prevent leakage of air or liquid.

●Installation location selection: Choose the location which facilitates easy operation and convenient switching and maintenance, and consider the flow path in the valve opening state so as to avoid any unnecessary pressure loss.

●Tightness checking: Check the stem position after the ball valve is closed. If the stem position is fully contracted, it is indicated that good sealing is achieved. If the stem position protrudes, leakage may occur, and the problem needs to be solved timely.

●Note valve switches: When the ball valve is operated, starting or closing should be slow so as to avoid violent vibration and ensure stability.

●Regular inspection and maintenance：In order to ensure the long-term stable operation of the ball valve, maintenance should be carried out regularly, the impurities in the body should be cleaned away, the sealing performance should be checked, and the right amount of lubricating oil should be applied.
