Attention

Product Features
 
The machine body of the sausage filling machine is made of thickened stainless steel materials, making it stable, solid and durable. The stainless steel machine body is resistant to rust, corrosion and other substances, easy to clean and maintain and long in service life, and can well meet the hygiene standards.   Two filling control valves are designed for allow two sausages to be made simultaneously through two filling pipes. The filling valves can also be used independently according to the actual filling demand. The sausage filling machine is equipped with 3 filling nozzles with the diameters of 19mm, 25mm and 32mm, thereby catering to different sausage filling requirements.
 
The simple control panel is of a compact structure and is designed to effectively control the machine to conduct the filling operation. The control operation can be easily achieved through the button switches. Moreover, the foot pedal is used for controlling the filling motion, thereby facilitating the cooperation of hands and feet of operators and the smooth filling.   The shock-proof pressure gauge is adopted to display the oil pump pressure clearly and visually. The hydraulic pressure can be monitored in real time and accurately controlled to ensure the filling consistency and stability. It is also a key tool for fault diagnosis and removal, so the efficient and safe operation of the sausage filling machine is well ensured.
 
The sausage filling machine is equipped with a stainless steel feeding hopper with the volume of 70L so different kinds of stuffing can be smoothly fed. The feeding inlet inside the feeding hopper can be easily opened and closed through the control valve according to the actual situation, thereby ensuring the stable feeding and stop and achieving high adaptability.   As an excellent filling device, the hydraulic sausage filling machine is suitable for filling of different stuffing, such as meat stuffing and vegetable stuffing to produce various sausages, such as Cantonese style sausages, hot dog sausages, breakfast sausages and spicy pork sausages, and can be widely used for meat processing, cooked food making, food factories, central kitchens, etc.
Operation Method

(I) Preparation before Starting

1. Check the appearance of the equipment to ensure that there is no looseness and deformation, and each component is firmly connected.

2. Clean the equipment, especially the parts making contact with materials, such as the hopper and the sausage filling nozzles, to ensure hygiene.

3. Check the hydraulic oil level. If it is insufficient, supplement the hydraulic oil according to the specified type.

(II) Operation during Running

1. Add #46 wear-resistant hydraulic oil to the oil tank until it reaches the 2/3 mark on the scale (60-70). Connect the machine to the correct power source.

2. Open the upper cover, turn on the ‘oil pump’ switch, and press the ‘down’ or ‘up’ button to conduct no-load running and check whether the machine is normal.

3. After normal operation, close the upper cover, tighten the bolts, open the feeding butterfly valve, close the sausage filling rod valves, pour the material into the conical hopper, press the ‘down’ button (to suck the material), and the material will be sucked into the sausage filling material tank at the bottom at this moment. Then close the feeding butterfly valve tightly and open the sausage filling rod valve. Press the ‘up’ button to discharge the air. When the material is just discharged, stop the ‘up’ button and put the sausage casing on the sausage filling rods.

4. Press the 'up' button to enter the sausage filling state. If the material in the material tank is used up, continue to conduct sausage filling operation according to the step 3.

5. After completing the work, open the upper cover, clean away the remaining material, clean the material tank, the sausage filling rods and the valves thoroughly, and disconnect the power supply for future use.

(III) Handling after Machine Stop

1. Clean the equipment in a timely manner. Remove the sausage filling nozzles, clean away the residual materials in the hopper, use a special cleaning agent to clean the parts making contact with the materials, then rinse them with clean water and dry these parts.

2. Drain the residual pressure in the hydraulic system (if there are relevant operating valves, open them slowly to release).

3. Turn off the power supply and conduct dust prevention and protection for the equipment.
