Product Introduction:
This is a meat cutting machine for processing
fresh meat. It is a machine for cutting fresh meat into dices,

Structure and Working
Principle
The machine is composed of
a motor, a reducer, a transmission shaft, a chain, sprocket wheels,
a transmission gear, a conveyor belt, cutter sets and other parts.
The outer shell is made of full stainless steel materials. When the
machine is working, the food materials with the appropriate size are
placed on the conveyor belt and then conveyed into the cutter sets
through the conveyor belt. The food materials can be cut into
parallel slices, longitudinally cut into strips and horizontally cut
into cubes, and finally the finished products are obtained.

Operation Method |
|
1. Before using the
machine, please check the power cord, cutter sets and conveyor belt.
2. The machine is equipped
with the 110V motor with high power, and needs to be connected with
an air circuit breaker.
3. After the connection is
completed, turn the red emergency stop switch and press the green
start switch, and the machine starts working.
4. After completing the work, press the red
stop switch to turn off the machine. |

Requirements and
Precautions for Use |
|
●Before
each starting of the machine, check whether the screws of each part
are tightened. The screws are not allowed to be loose.
●Bearings
should be well lubricated. Do not operate the machine under the
condition of the lack of lubricating grease.
●Before
each starting of the machine, check if the cutter sets are properly
installed and secured. The cutter sets are not allowed to be loose.
●The
power supply, wires, plug and other electrical appliance components
should be free of damage and electric leakage. It is forbidden to
turn on the machine before inspection.
●When
the machine is working, protective measures should be taken,
attention should be paid to the operation of the cutter set, and the
processing operation should be conducted in strict accordance with
the specified size of the food materials. If there is a phenomenon
that the machine gets stuck with meat in the slicing process, the
operator should turn off the machine and disconnect the power supply
to solve the problem, and it is forbidden to solve the problem under
the condition that the machine is turned on.
●It
is strictly prohibited to place hard objects on the conveyor belt,
and hard iron products are strictly prohibited from extending into
the cutter sets to avoid damage to the cutters. |
