Operation Methods |

1. The dough
mixer is connected to a power source, the E-Stop switch is turned on,
the timer button is rotated, then the user can choose the fast speed or
the slow speed, and the mixer starts.
2. After the
dough mixer stops running, the user can press the reverse button, the
machine reversely rotates at a low speed, the user releases the reverse
button, the machine stops running, and the dough can be conveniently
taken out. |

Please find a professional electrician to install the air switch. The
32A air switch is recommended. |
