Features |
1. Ultra-high magnetism. Adopts

Unique Black Square Design
The unique black square design is adopted to achieve strong
clamping operation, multiple 18x18mm grids are assembled, the
clamping requirement of the machining center for workpieces is
fully met, the clamping speed can be remarkably improved, and
the magnetism is constant and uniform.

Mechanical Switching Design
The magnetic chuck adopts the mechanical switching design,
operation and installation are easy and convenient, no power
supply is required, the risk that the workpiece drops due to the
sudden power failure can be thoroughly eliminated, and the
safety is greatly improved.

High-performance Materials
The magnetic chuck is made of high-performance materials, epoxy
resin is poured into grooves between magnetizers, and matrix
type rare earth magnetic steel is distributed at the periphery
of the magnetizers and the moving frame assembly. The magnetism
can be constant and uniform, and demagnetization can be avoided.

Matrix Magnetic Poles
The magnetic poles are combined to form a matrix, magnetic
bundles are perpendicular to each other and are closely
interwoven, thin plates with the thickness of being larger than
or equal to 2MM can be attracted to be milled and ground, the
practicability and stability are obviously improved, and the
application range is broader.

Operation Method |
|
1. Place the workpiece on the workbench of the magnetic chuck, insert
the lever into the shaft hole to rotate by 180 degrees in the clockwise
direction so as to attract the workpiece. |
|
2. After finishing machining operation, insert the lever into the shaft
hole to rotate by 180 degrees in the counterclockwise direction so as to
take down the workpiece. |

Attention |
|
1. Before use, the surface of the magnetic chuck
should be wiped clean to avoid forming scratches and affecting the
precision. The surface should be coated with oil to prevent rusting and
corrosion after the magnetic chuck is used. |

2. The use environment
temperature is -40°C
~50°C. |
|
3. Do not knock
on the magnetic chuck so as to avoid the magnetism reduction. |
