Function and use

This product
is a new type of multi-purpose vacuum pump designed for using
circulating water as the working fluid and using the principle of
negative pressure generated by jet flow. It can provide vacuum
conditions for the chemistry laboratory and circulating cooling water
for the reaction unit.
Widely used in evaporation, distillation,
product filtration,
decompression, sublimation and other operations, and is a piece
of laboratory ideal equipment for colleges and universities,
medicine, chemical, food processing and other fields.

Operation method |
|
1. When the water level is about to rise to
the floating height of the water level, stop adding water, do
not add water in the repeated startup process, it is recommended
that add water for three times a week during the use of water to
avoid serious water pollution and achieve the high utilization
rate, shorten the time to replace the water to ensure that the
water in the water tank is clean.
2. In the vacuumizing operations, connect the
exhaust sleeve of the vacuuming device to the exhaust nozzle,
check whether the circulating water switch is off, turn on the
power switch, and then start vacuumizing. Observe the vacuum
degree by using the vacuum gauge corresponding to the exhaust
nozzle.
3. When the equipment needs to operate
continuously for a long time, the water temperature in the tank
will continue to rise, affecting the vacuum degree. At this
time, the water hose needs to be connected to the water source,
so that the water temperature in the tank will not rise and the
vacuum degree will continue to be stable.
4. When the cooling circulating water is
needed for the reaction device, the water inlet of the cooling
device is needed. The outlet pipe is respectively connected to
the circulating water outlet nozzle at the rear of the machine
and the inlet port. The circulating cooling water supply can be
realized by turning the circulating water switch to ON. |
