When pulling the wire, the encoder
is driven, and the internal processor will automatically
recognize the length of the wire, thereby driving the wire
discharge turntable to rotate and flatten the wire. The
processor
control will automatically adjust the power of the stepper motor
on the basis of the speed of the paired machine's wire drawing, control
the acceleration and deceleration of the wire laying turntable, and achieve a flat
and unrolled wire winding effect.

How to use:
|

Place the whole
coil of wire into the turntable, be sure to pull out the wire
end from the inner ring, and enable the wire end to pass through
the two porcelain eyes of the support. Turn on the power, pull
out the wire, see if the rotation direction of the turntable is
correct, and then connect the equipped wire harness processing
equipment.
