1. The
parts making contact with the material are all made of 316
stainless steel which has good corrosion resistance and high
temperature resistance. This material can cope with the
highly-corrosive and high-temperature environment that may
be encountered during chemical reactions, ensure the smooth
progress of the reactions and prolong the service life of
the equipment.
2.Due to the
double-layer design, constant-temperature cold and heat sources (such as
refrigerant or hot oil) can be poured into the reaction kettle through
the interlayer, and constant-temperature heating or cooling of the
materials inside the kettle can be achieved. This design can conduct
concentration, distillation, reflux, separation, purification and other
operation under the conditions of constant speed, constant force and
constant temperature and is suitable for teaching, experimentation,
pilot plant testing and production.
3.Stainless
steel stirring rods are suitable for mixing various solvents. The
deceleration and power boosting motor is smooth in stirring operation,
high in torque, free of sparks and long in service life. The speed
regulator achieves dual digital display of speed and temperature, and
operation is intuitive and convenient.
4.A fluorine
rubber pad assembly and mechanical sealing are adopted to ensure a good
vacuum degree and long service life. This design can maintain a good
sealing state to prevent medium leakage and environmental pollution
under the high pressure and high temperature or vacuum conditions.
5.The overall
structure is compact and reasonable. The machine is equipped with
universal wheels so as to facilitate overall movement and operation. The
stainless steel discharging valve design effectively reduces the number
of mixing dead corners and is convenient to discharge. A stainless steel
ball valve is used in a lower discharging outlet, there are no
obstructions or dead corners inside the container, and the parts are
detachable, so that solid materials are conveniently discharged.
6.The machine
is equipped with an observation window and a flashlight, the flashlight
can be fixed to the observation window, and therefore the situation of
the interior of the kettle can be conveniently observed at any time.
