1.Before using the
low-temperature coolant circulation pump, liquid medium
(ethanol is recommended) should be added to the tank. The
liquid level of the medium should not exceed the cooling
coil in the tank and should be 20mm lower than the
workbench.
2. Prevent acidic or alkaline
substances from entering the tank to corrode the coil and inner
liner.
3. The instrument should be
placed in a dry and ventilated place, with no obstacles
within 300mm around the instrument;
4. Regularly observe the
liquid level in the tank. When the liquid level is too low,
liquid medium should be added in a timely manner
5. When the working
temperature of the low-temperature coolant circulation pump
is low, It needs to be noted that the upper cover should not
be opened, and hands should not enter the tank to prevent
frostbite;
6. After use, all switches
should be turned off and the power should be disconnected;
7. When external circulation
of liquid is conducted, customers should pay special attention to the
firmness of the connection of the outlet pipe to prevent
detachment and prevent liquid leakage.
8. The instrument should be
regularly cleaned and not used for a long time. The medium
in the slot should be discharged and wiped away
to keep the workbench and operating panel clean.
