1. The conveyor must start empty-loaded. Only after normal operation is
confirmed can materials be evenly fed. Sudden overloading or excessive
material input is strictly prohibited.
2. The conveyor must stop only after all materials are discharged. If
an emergency shutdown occurs while fully loaded, please remove excess
material from the belt before restarting to prevent mechanical damage.
3. During operation, strictly avoid iron parts, large debris, or foreign
materials mixing into the belt, which may damage components or cause
accidents.
4. The belt must not contact oils (gasoline, diesel, engine oil, etc.).
Please avoid sun exposure, rain, or outdoor storage to prevent
corrosion, deformation, and reduced service life.
5. Personnel are prohibited from standing beneath the conveyor during
operation to ensure safety. |
