1.90°Change Direction Conveyor
This machine can change direction flexibly, making it
suitable for production sites with limited space and
numerous obstacles. |
2.Controller
The control box is equipped with a 750W variable frequency governor, and
the machine speed is adjustable from 3 to 15 meters per minute. The air
switch has functions such as short circuit protection, overload
protection, and undervoltage protection, which protect the entire
machine's circuit. |

3.PVC Belt
PVC conveyor belt is wear-resistant, elastic and not easy to deform. |
4.Transition Roller
Stainless steel transition rollers are installed on both sides of the
belt, making it smoother for items to move up and down the conveyor. |

5.Belt Fixing Pulley
The belt is equipped with fixed pulleys both above and below, which can
ensure that the belt does not shift during operation and runs smoother. |
6.Rubber Feet
Rubber feet, wear-resistant and anti slip, with stable support. When the
ground is uneven, the machine can be adjusted to level by adjusting the
bolts on the feet. |

Attention: |
1. Personal protection: Operators
must wear work clothes and anti-slip shoes. Long hair should be tucked
into the work
cap. Loose clothing or jewelry is prohibited to prevent them from being
caught in the equipment. It is strictly forbidden
to cross the belt while the conveyor is running. If crossing is
necessary, a dedicated crossing platform should be used.
2. Prohibit improper operation: Tools, debris, or personnel are not
allowed to be placed on the conveyor. To avoid items
falling and injuring people below or affecting the belt operation, it is
prohibited to transport materials beyond the
design range (such as overweight, over-length, or over-width materials)
using the conveyor.
3. Maintain uniform material distribution to avoid concentrated
accumulation at a certain position on the belt.
Accumulated materials will increase the risk of belt deviation and even
cause the side of the belt to rub against the
frame and get damaged.
4. The belt must not come into contact with strong acids, strong bases,
or corrosive substances. |
