This is a two-door dryer with
two separate spaces, and is perfect for drying different foods. The
machine is made of stainless steel so that the machine is durable and
resistant to corrosion.

This food dehydrator is suitable for air-drying
fruits, vegetables, tea, meat, shrimps, and herb medicines.
This food dehydrator is equipped with heating tube/hood-level
motor/temperature control button and power switch.It adopts fin-type
heating tube and hood-level motor to blow out hot air. The hot air
circulation can be formed and has a low-temperature air drying
effect,temperature and time can be set by controller.

quickly dehydrate various vegetables, fruits (peeled), herbs, beans,
meat, fish and shrimp, bread, tea and other ingredients by using the hot

Operating instructions: |
|
1. Temperature suggested for
regular food / fruits:
flower: 35-40°C,Bread: 40-50°C,Fruits: 55-60°C,Meat/fish: 65-70°C.
The drying time is determined by the food/fruit thickness (the
environment temperature and humidity will have an influence on the
drying effect). The thinner the food / fruit is, the faster it will be
dried.
2. Put the sliced food on the trays and adjust the temperature to the
required value The temperature for fruit and vegetable shall not exceed
65°C to avoid destroying the vitamins. When you need to dehydrate some
food for preservation it is recommended that you cook them for 1-2
minutes and put them in cold water and then dry them.
3. When the machine is on, the wind comes out of the front door, and you
can hear the working sound.
4. Adjust the drying time according to different food and personal
preferences (soft or crispy). The dried fruits can be put into the
keep-fresh bag or sealed bottles and then can be kept in the
refrigerator.
5.Connect the machine with power and turn on the machine, the panel will
light up, choose needed layer accordingly. Then press the
time/temperature button to set the time/temperature you need.The time
must be longer than 1 hour and temperature needs to exceed 35°C,You can
pause or stop any layer if needed. When you need to increase temperature
or adjust time, you need to select that layer first, then set it
accordingly. |

Tips: |
1. Do not overlap foods. Lay foods
flat on the Dehydrating Racks.
2. Check dryness after 6 hours and then check it every 2 hours until
crisp, pliable or leathery pieces are formed.
3. Check foods to make sure they are completely dry
before removing. Open or cut down the middle of a few samples to check
internal dryness. If the food is still moist, dehydrate the food for a
longer period of time.
4. Label each container with the food name, date of drying and the
original weight. Keep a journal to help improve drying techniques.
5. Proper storage is essential to maintain quality food. Package the
food when the food cools down. Foods can be kept for a longer period of
time if stored in a cool, dark and dry place.The ideal storage
temperature is 60°F(16°C)or lower.
6. Place dried foods in plastic freezer bags before storing in metal or
glass containers. Remove the air as much as possible before sealing.
7. Vacuum sealing is ideal for keeping dried foods.
8. Remember that the foods will shrink by approximately 1/4 to 1/2 of
their original size and weight during the dehydration process, so that
pieces should not be cut to be too small.One pound of raw meat will
yield approximately 1/3 lb.(0.2 kg) to 1/2lb.(0.2kg) of jerky.
9. Use the Drying Guide on the control panel as a reference for proper
temperature settings. lf the heat is set too high, food the exterior of
the food may be hard and dry, and the interior of the food may be moist
yet. lf the temperature is too low, the drying time will be prolonged. |
