1. The
single-phase motor will produce static electricity during operation,
so the ground wire should be connected before using the machine.
2. Each time before starting, check the screws in each position, do
not allow any loose screws.
3. The machine must be filled with enough hydraulic oil before use.
4. Flour should be evenly mixed, no dry powder and no hard block,
otherwise it will block the hole causing overload operation of the
machine, damage the machine parts or burn out the motor, avoid
idling for a long time after the filling, stop the filling should
turn off the power switch in time.
5. Bearings should be well lubricated and not allowed to run without
lubricating oil.
Note that hydraulic oil
needs to be added before the machine starts. |
