1. Pre-start Preparation
(1)
Check the appearance of the machine, confirm that the rollers are not
damaged, no debris is entangled, and the buttons and knobs of the
control box are flexible.
(2)
Clean away the oil stains and impurities on the welding surface of the
workpiece and the surface of the rollers to ensure the friction and
welding quality.
(3)
Set the roller speed and timing duration through the control box
according to the workpiece size and welding process.
2. Workpiece Clamping
Place the workpiece stably on the roller set, adjust the position, and
make the center of the workpiece roughly align with the center of the
roller set to ensure stable rotation (for irregular workpieces, tooling
can be used for auxiliary positioning).
3. Start-up and Operation
Press the power switch. After the machine completes self-check
operation, start the operation button, and the rollers drive the
workpiece to rotate. Observe the operation status. If there is an
abnormality (such as abnormal noise and workpiece shaking), stop the
machine immediately for adjustment.
4. Welding Operation
When
the welder rotates the workpiece to a suitable position, perform the
welding operation, and use the timing function to control the welding
time. When reaching the set duration, the machine stops automatically.
5. Shutdown and Finishing
After welding, wait until the machine stops stably, and turn off the
power. Clean away the welding slag and debris on the surface of the
machine for the next use.
6. Equipment
Use
(1)
Before use, ensure that all plugs are connected correctly and reliably,
and the grounding wire is connected to the ground reliably to avoid
damage to the machine.
(2)
Connect the power supply. After turning on the power switch "POWER", the
power indicator light will be on.
(3)
In the "FOOT" control mode, step on the foot switch, and the worktable
will rotate; release the foot switch, and the worktable will stop
rotating. In the "AUTO" control mode, the machine enters the automatic
control state, and there is no need to connect the foot switch.
(4)
Toggle the direction changeover switch to “→”, and the worktable will
rotate clockwise; toggle it to “←”, and the worktable will rotate
counterclockwise.
(5)
Rotate the speed adjustment knob "SPEED" to change the rotation speed of
the worktable. Rotating it clockwise will increase the speed. Rotating
it counterclockwise will decrease the speed.
(6)
(For special customization,) the controller is equipped with a welding
linkage connector. Connect the four-core plug to the two-core plug of
the wire feeder so that the roller frame can be linked with the welding
machine.
