| The small-scale spray dryer is suitable
for universities, research institutes, and industrial
laboratories (food, pharmaceutical, and chemical) to produce
micro-scale powdered particles. It has broad applicability for
solutions such as emulsions and suspensions, and is ideal for
drying heat-sensitive materials like biological products,
bio-pesticides, and enzyme preparations (excluding organic
solvents). Since the sprayed material is only exposed to high
temperatures when atomized into fine droplets, the heat exposure
is instantaneous, ensuring that the active ingredients remain
intact after drying. |

Precautions |
1. WARNING: Please
read this manual carefully and thoroughly before operating
the equipment to ensure safe and correct use.
2. Prohibition of Organic Solvents: The use of
organic solvents is strictly prohibited. This equipment is
designed for aqueous solutions only. Using organic solvents
creates a severe fire and explosion hazard.
3. High-Temperature Surfaces: During and after
operation, surfaces of the machine, especially the drying
chamber, become extremely hot. Avoid direct contact.
4. Do Not Open Observation Door: Never open the
observation door while the atomizer (centrifugal nozzle) is
running. Doing so will disrupt the drying process and may
cause injury.
5. First-Time Use: It is highly recommended to
perform a test run with a small amount of water or a simple
sample (e.g., saline solution) to familiarize yourself with
the operation.
6. Keep for Reference: Retain this manual for future
maintenance and troubleshooting.
7. Note: A slight amount of powder adhering to the
chamber walls (wall hanging) is a normal phenomenon,
especially in compact laboratory-scale dryers.
8.Remarks: After wet cleaning and chemical cleaning,
the equipment and components should be installed and
disinfected at high temperature for 15-30 minutes. When
cleaning this equipment, care should be taken not to use
chlorine and its compounds. Among them, stainless steel
filaments, after being washed by alkali washing, should
still be evenly laid in the frame of air filter and sprayed
with light spindle oil or vacuum pump oil.。 |

1、First, check whether all pipes are
well connected, and then connect 220V wires, which meet the
requirements of 220V wiring. Check that all pipelines are
connected and all clamps are tightened.
2、Prepare a large bucket of water, put the matching circulating
water pump into the bucket, and electrify the circulating water
pump first. Make sure there is backwater.。
3、Then there are two cooling water pipes above the centrifugal
nozzle, which should be connected with cooling water (to cool
the centrifugal nozzle).。
4、Link the peristaltic pump feed pipe and the centrifugal
nozzle, and then power on.,
5、After electrifying, turn on the fan before heating. After the
inlet air temperature reaches the set temperature, turn on the
atomizer after the outlet air temperature is stable (about 30
minutes).。
6、Turn on the atomizer (turn on the circulating water pump to
ensure return pipe backwater) and then turn on the peristaltic
pump (feed the sample).,
7、The sample can be dried, and the temperature can be set
according to customer requirements. When the sample is finished,
turn off the peristaltic pump, turn off the atomizer
(centrifugal nozzle), turn off the heating, and turn off the
induced draft fan when the temperature drops below 50 degrees。
