The
desktop type stainless steel reactor is suitable for various reactions
such as gas-liquid reactions, liquid-liquid reactions and
liquid-solid-gas reactions. The reactor adopts a static sealing
structure, which can solve the problem of leakage in the mixing process
and keep the whole medium and mixing parts working in a completely
sealed state. It is more suitable for stirring reactions of flammable,
explosive, highly toxic and valuable media and other highly permeable
chemical media. The desktop type stainless steel reactor integrates
mixing, heating and reaction, has a wider range of application and is
suitable for fields of universities, environmental protection,
biochemistry, scientific research, etc.

Usage
and precautions
|
|
1. When
the screws are tightened, the operator must gradually apply force to
tighten the screws for multiple times in a diagonal and symmetrical
mode, the force must be evenly applied, and the reactor cover is not
allowed to tilt to one side.
2. When
tightening the main nut, do not exceed the specified tightening torque
range of 40-120nm to prevent the sealing surfaces from being crushed or
worn out under overload.
3. The
operator should take special care of the sealing surfaces, and the upper
and lower sealing surfaces should be wiped clean with a piece of gentle
paper or cloth before each installation.
4. Do
not form scars on the sealing surfaces of the reactor body and the
reactor cover. If the sealing surfaces are damaged, they needs to be
reprocessed and repaired to achieve good sealing performance.
5. When
the reactor cover is disassembled, it should be slowly lifted and it is
strictly prohibited to disassemble the reactor cover under pressure.
After the reaction is completed, the reactor body should cool down
naturally to the room temperature and then can be opened. The sealing
surfaces between the reactor body and the reactor cover are prevented
from colliding with each other.
6. It
is recommended that the external heating temperature should not exceed
200 degrees Celsius in the working process, and the heating rate should
be less than or equal to 5 ℃ min.
7. The
filling degree of the interior of the reactor should not exceed 80%.

Operation method |
|
1. [SET]
key: Set or check the temperature set value, the speed set value
and internal parameters of the machine.
2. [TIME]
key: Set the operating time. After the set time is over, click
on the [HEAT] key to start the temperature-controlled operation
again.
3. [Heat]
key: The heating switch button.
4.
[+/Switching] key: In the non-setting state, long press the key
for 3 seconds to switch two temperature values and automatically
save the temperature values. In the setting state, click on the
key to increase the set value progressively, and long press the
key to continuously increase the set value progressively.
5.
[-/Self-tuning] key: In the non-setting state, click on the key
for 6 seconds to enter the temperature self-tuning selection
state. In the setting state, click on the key to decrease the
set value progressively, and long press the key to continuously
decrease the set value progressively.
6. [SHIFT]
key: In the setting state, click on the key to shift, flicker
and correct the set value.
7. [STIR]
key: The stirring (speed) switch button.
